Me Too Time

How much time do you allot for yourself? I can understand that today's world works at a high pace with a stressed environment so people are well occupied with work. We all are managers who manage the day-to-day task of our life but we miss most of the time for spending time with ourselves. The body supports us in doing all the activities so we also require to give rest to our body. I have reserved time for myself and at that time I will not do any activity and just be idle. The body will be relaxing but you will get thoughts regarding any matter from your Brain. I don't prefer to recollect the old thoughts instead just create a fictional imagination regarding my desires.

I would like to provide some suggestions for spending ME TOO time:

1) You can reserve 30 min daily as a Me Too time for a particular time slot.

2) Just keep the cell phone on silent mode and keep it away from you like in the next room.

3) Keep all the distractions away that attract your attention like electronic gadgets.

4) Think and implement your hobby which will make you feel happy.

5) You can carry on with funny activities like mimicry of your loved one, drawing your imagination, dancing, singing and many other activities can be done.

6) You can go outside for a walk alone and you may visit your favorite place like any beach.

7) You can glance over printed newspapers or read books.

Multiple activities can be done during the Me Too Time and differ from person to person choice.

What will happen if we don't remove Me Too Time?

Running behind for specific work all the time and ignoring the self will just disconnect you from your inner soul. The person can be compared with the robot as the person would be triggered to complete the set of tasks planned for the day. The person's journey would start with waking up in the morning, getting freshened up working on completing the daily task, having food, and going to sleep. The person will be frustrated with the routine set within some timeframe. The person will be stressed out and seek some alternative way for getting happy and relaxed. It can be anything, place, or another way as per the person's choice. The person doesn't need to get stressed by the daily routine fatigue instead just allot himself a few minutes which will rejuvenate him and the problem would be solved. It's your life so you are the owner of your life so you need to take care of yourself.

The importance of family

While it's natural to want to spend time with friends and pursue our passions outside the home, it's important not to forget the value of family. They are the ones who have been with us through thick and thin and will continue to support us no matter what. Yet, often we get so caught up in our daily routine that we forget to give them the attention they deserve.

My perspective

While it's true that we also create relationships with people outside of our family, we must be cautious of who we trust. Sometimes, we may be taken advantage of or face challenging situations where our family is the only support we have. They will always be there for us unconditionally, without any selfish motives.

It's essential to show our family how much we appreciate them. Even small moments of quality time, like having dinner together on the weekends, planning a family trip, or giving them a gift just because can make a significant impact.

I consider myself blessed to have a loving and supportive family. They are my rock, and I am grateful for them every day.
