Workings of a White-Ish Witch
In society today, we often feel dissatisfied with the mundane endeavours of working, maintaining a social life and everything in-between—and so, we could all benefit from a bit of spiritual spice from time to time, or every day, if you're into that kinda shit.

Do you ever find yourself stifling your own free speech, your own freedom of expression for fear of what others might think?

Have you ever awakened one day, from a restless night of sleep, thinking that something was missing or something was wrong? However, you didn't know or could not even figure out what this emptiness feeling inside is. Many of us feel an emptiness inside, a hole, lack, missing or misplaced in life. This can manifest even further to not knowing how to find one's purpose in life and end up completely lost in the Universe.

One day, I woke up. It was in the complete darkness that I found light. I spent so much energy enclosed in shadows. It took giving up what I held valuable to realize I was the destructive force in my own life. Accepting that no item or being in this world belongs to me, or anyone for that matter, brought about this realization. Just because something is in our physical world does not make it ours.; we buy things to have them in our presence, but they can never be apart of who we are. We put value in our surroundings, rather than our own energy. It is that energy that pinpoints the placement of the stepping stones on our walk through life.

I've always been curious about hypnosis and particularly past life regression. I felt like I had lived before; I thought I was a doctor or a musician or something else that I considered "cool" based on my current interests. So for my 24th birthday present, I asked that myself and my younger sister go to get our past life regression done. We went to see a lady in Vancouver in her apartment that does all different types of hypnosis and I made my sister go first because I was scared. Then I went upstairs and we had a chat to calm my nerves and went right into it. I laid down on the couch with a blanket over me, eyes closed, and imagined a happy place.
Faith
I used to think all kinds of things about faith but I confused faith with my own judgments around religion and what I told myself religion was telling me. Now Faith is my bedrock, my best grounding tool, my most staunch ally, my cheerleader, and my friend. It’s connecting with myself on the deepest level that exists and allowing me to be myself from that connection. It’s believing in myself and the divinity that is me and is all else. It’s embracing the truth as I see it and calling it whatever definition works best for me in that moment, regardless of anyone else. It is embodied through the prayers I utter, the tears I weep, the gasps of surprise, the passion I feel, the compassion I have, the way that I move, the stillness inside, the peace in my mind, the joy in my heart, and the cells in my body. Faith sustains me in my darkest hours, at my lowest points, when I feel broken and alone, and it always has. I just saw it differently to how I see it now. Before, when I resisted, rejected, and denounced faith because I did not understand what it could be for me, faith shine into my bleak view of life and I could not stand its brightness, so I pulled down the blinds some more, and then some more, and then some more still. Eventually I made it so dark I could not see at all and that’s when I actually found faith and saw it for what it really was to me. It took me another ten years to realise that was what had happened and when I did, I allowed faith into my life fully. That choice changed my life again and brought me miracles beyond imagining.

We have all been students of the Law of Attraction for decades. We know it inside and out, upways, and sideways, and downways. Here’s my question for you. Has it worked for you so far? Of course it has. You wake up every day, you experience things, you see things. You’re alive, but you’re not creating anything new. Maybe some little things here and there. We’ve been referring to them as sychronicities for a while now. Aren’t you about ready to give up on it all? That’s what I have started to feel like lately. I was getting discouraged.

Welcome to finding out what a life means, what a life can hold, what it means to hold morality, what it means to hold emotion, and whatever else encompasses ones entire being. Humankind is certainly unique; intelligence and wisdom to bend the future, crafty abilities to make a structure, building the body to break its limits. Humans have mastery over so much yet do not know where or how it occurred. It occurs within, only within, and the response is beautiful creation or intense destruction. It's what a human is at their core, intensely beautiful.

Day by day, we try hard and sometimes, we don't succeed. I'm here to help you get what you want whenever you want it. Your brain is your best friend and you should take care of him or her. Have you ever thought, "I really want that phone," or "I'd do anything for that car?"

Have you ever found that the more you try to control something the less control you seem to have? Or perhaps you've heard the saying, "You'll never find it if you're looking for it." How about that time you tried really hard to do something and it totally bombed, but then, that other time, when you didn't try at all, it was a raving success? There's something almost mystical about the nature of the universe when it comes to our desire to create our ideal outcome.
