Epilating = Low Maintenance Hair Removal?
Why epilate at all? Well of course don’t at all if you love the body hair you have! I always wish the rest of my body hair was like the hair on my arms; in the winter it’s dark hair on pale skin which I like less because I somehow feel it’s too much of a contrast but in the summer it’s golden and fluffy on tanned skin and it looks all at one and like that’s just how it’s meant to be. When it comes to elsewhere however no such luck; it’s dark and coarse, there’s a hell of a lot of it and I just haven’t been able to reconcile myself with how that looks. If that’s the way you feel too, then here are a few reasons you may choose epilation over other forms of hair removal:

If you know what you're doing, keeping fit doesn't really cost much in terms of cash — just effort and working on a good diet. However, that's not saying that getting in shape isn't easier when you have the right tech on your side.

Times are changing. No longer must we count our points in a food journal or handwrite a weekly meal plan derived from the latest fad diet book. Long gone are the days where we must pay hundreds of dollars to have a personal trainer motivate and guide us and in most cases piss us off.

Amanda ZylstraPublished 7 years ago in LongevityCough Drops that Will Actually Soothe Your Sore Throat
I woke up this morning with a sore throat. I've decided that I'm either sick (my brother is sick) or it's the air quality with all these wildfires going on. As most people do when they're sick, I whined to my mother. My grandma joined in and said she had gotten a box of Lumen'swatermelon cough drops from Family Health Services. Then I realized, when have watermelon flavored cough drops ever helped with a sore throat?

I have purchased many different Lush items over the years. All opinions are that of my own based on personal experience. I bought all of these items with my own money. This brand is really hit or miss for me. Some items I absolutely love, where others not so much. Make sure to check out my other article with my favorite Lush Products.

Lush is a cruelty-free, 100% vegetarian brand of bath and body products. They are based in the UK and make natural products by hand with love. Lush is an earth friendly brand. Many of their items are packaged in black plastic pots. Once you have five empty black pots, they can be brought back to the store and exchanged for a free fresh face mask. I think it is wonderful that they reuse their old containers and will give their customers a free face mask for bringing back empty containers for them to recycle.

Keep some moisturising cream on hand for those hot summer days in the sun. The best place to buy it: The Body Shop. I did some research to determine how much I saved on my fine luxury items that I had bought in The Body Shop summer sale; I had to do a bit of maths to know what the percentage was of each product, I do have to point out that I did have to use a calculator to work it out. Never got on with maths in the first place; plus the receipt didn't really have much of the original price on it, so I had to look it up for starters.
Lizzy ArrowPublished 7 years ago in LongevityBest Apps to Help You Sleep Better
Some people will do anything to sleep, myself included. From natural remedies and oils to meditation and medication, there are hundreds of options promising sleep but delivering very little. So, it only makes sense with the plethora of technology and information today that people are now using apps to help them get the zzz’s they need. I mean let’s be honest, if you can track your movement, weight, and food intake while finding love through social media, then you should be able to use your phone or tablet to assist you with sleeping.
Jus L'amorePublished 7 years ago in LongevityRead, Talk, Then... Write
I’ve been writing for approximately 5 years now. I write not as frequently as a blogger or a typical writer does but I write articles for my work as a mechanical engineer in an engineering design firm as required. What can you expect but mostly technical engineering topics and subjects addressed to specific engineering professional. Most of it is already published and circulated in magazines online. After all those articles, I never asked myself “Can I really write?” despite the fact that my works are already published.
