Plum Dreams: A Morning Elixir

The world became painted in hues of pale lavender and soft tangerine courtesy of the first rays of dawn illuminating the horizon. With the scene set beautifully by nature I find myself standing in my cozy kitchen, ready to embark on a delightful morning ritual. The air was crisp, and the promise of a new day hung in the atmosphere like a whispered secret. In this tranquil moment, I decided plum tea is what I needed to perfectly enjoy this moment.

Sleep Music - Benefits of Using Music to Fall Asleep
Sleep Music - Benefits of Using Music to Fall Asleep How Sleep Music Promotes Relaxation and Improves Sleep Quality Sleep music plays a vital role in promoting relaxation and improving sleep quality [2]. It has a calming effect on the body and mind, helping to create a soothing environment conducive to sleep. Different types of sleep music trigger specific reactions and emotions in individuals, allowing them to find the most suitable music for their relaxation needs. For example, classical music has been shown to reduce heart rate and blood pressure, while ambient music can induce a state of tranquility and calmness. When we listen to sleep music, our bodies release sleep-friendly hormones, such as serotonin and melatonin, which help lower heart rate and blood pressure. As a result, we feel more at ease and can easily drift off into a peaceful sleep.

Being Well
The Way We Talk To Ourselves Everything that our bodies do, is in an attempt to protect us and to keep us alive. Whether that be through inflaming a joint in response to pain or overuse, or making our head hurt when we haven’t had enough to drink that day. Our bodies are constantly trying to get us to slow down and pay attention to how we are feeling.
