Don't go overboard

Try to finish your meals at least 2 hours before going to bed so that the body has time to digest the food and you don't feel hungry during bedtime as well. Drinking and smoking before bed is a strict no-no as well because alcohol can disrupt your precious sleep, and smokers take a long while to fall asleep. In addition, frequent smoking can also lead to interrupted sleep.

Exercise daily

Performing a daily set of exercises will help you manage your weight and body shape and also help you sleep well at night. Some labor is required for your body to be tired, and if you feel tired at the end of the day, you can be sure of getting a good night's sleep. This is why you need to teach a fitness routine in your life. Even moderate exercises like walking, climbing stairs, jogging, etc., can do the trick.

Stop worrying
