And with the market booming up, the gym and healthcare sector has gained as well. Look at the internet and you’ll find a million videos on how to gain muscles like Arnold. But with it comes the question if the tips shared are good or not. Take protein powders for example; almost all the videos or gym instructors out there ask you to increase your protein intake, which however is true, but increasing it through protein powders?
