My Hair Journey: From Thinning to Thriving with Fish Oil and Red Light Therapy

I have always had fine and thin hair, but it never bothered me much until I hit my 30s. That’s when I noticed that my hair was getting even thinner, especially around the temples and the crown. I could see more of my scalp than ever before, and I hated it.

I bought a bottle of fish oil capsules from a reputable brand that had been purified and tested for contaminants. I also bought a red light therapy cap from an online store that had good reviews and ratings. I followed the instructions carefully and started using them every day.
