HOME SWEET HOME

Every morning we would typically get up early in order to get ourselves ready and to be ready for the day before our said shift started. Now normally this can be a very dreadful process. While working from home you would be able to sleep in longer (although its not recommended), peacefully enjoying your morning coffee and last but not least get ready and enjoy the morning process from the comfort of your own home.

NO COMMUTING!

Anyone that has ever communicated to your place of employment knows how much of a pain it can be. Well with working with home plan on cutting your commute down by 100%. With gas prices on the rise all over the country maybe saving a little here and there on not commuting may not hurt.

WHO ATE MY LUNCH?

Ever worked in an office environment and took a lunch break and found that someone has eaten your lunch or something of yours out of the community fridge? Ever went to get your favorite pick me up energy drink around mid day just to find it gone? Being at home will drastically increase your chances of your lunch or drink being left alone or at a minimum catching the bandit in action.|

4. DING DONG!

Now days its not uncommon to have multiple packages delivered through the day or week. A lot of times we order items we track them and they are delivered to our homes without us being home. We always help that the delivery is successful, the weather elements to not destroy the packages and last and unfortunately we have to worry about the package itself being stolen or removed from our home. We also often times may miss people that come to the door or onto the property. Being at home you are likely going to be able to intercept those deliveries or strangers poking around.

5. PEACE OF MIND

Being a work at home employee can provide a sense of security in many ways. You are there if something is to come up within your home, If you forget to turn off the coffee pot or even to answer the door should someone show up. You are home in the event you need to catch up on laundry or monitor a sick child or whatever the case may be. Working from home will also greatly improve your attendance and tardiness as your "office" is going to be not more then a few feet away. Should a natural disaster occur you are home and you have reduced the chance of being caught somewhere in transit.

Now by no means am I saying that working from home doesn't have its cons to go alone with its pros but I can tell you from experience that I have been able to create a workspace that is very fluid and productive and it has been designed and decorated to fit my personal style and needs. The best part of it all is that its YOUR space and at any time you are able to change it to whatever you are feeling without having to ask for permission from anyone.

Not everyone is fortunate enough to find a job that will allow them to work from home nor is it always a great fit for everyone. If it is something that does come up and you do get the opportunity I would say at least give it a shot, you may end up loving it and becoming the most productive you all while being able to switch your laundry at the same time.

Cheers!
