If you manage to make these changes, step by step, you will lose weight without any pain or stress.

Give up sugar and alcohol:

Try to take the needed quantity of sugar from fruit and vegetables and avoid alcohol. It contains only empty calories that are stored in the form of unsaturated fat.

Eat healthy snacks:

Replace the pretzels, waffles, and other pieces of junk food that you eat between meals with fruits, almonds, carrots, or celery. They are healthy and do not contain many calories.

Try to respect the meal times:

You need to decide at what time you take breakfast, lunch, and dinner and respect this program. Of course, dinner will be 3, 4 hours before bedtime.

Remove all temptations:
