Do you live in fear?

Have we ever noticed when something terribly goes wrong, more laws and restrictions are created and set in place? A lot of this is due to our upbringing. Us being programmed by social media, parents, teachers, and even friends, to live in fear that we have to do it this way or follow this. Just really sit and think about your own personal fears, and really think about if you have given up any amount of your own freedom to subdue that fear. One common one is fences around your property, why? Yes we have it to mark our territories but also to have some sort of security feeling that help ease ones nerves or anything. You see, when we live in a state of fear, we are more easily controlled and manipulated. It is used as a control tactic really. What we may not notice or just that unaware, that walls and cages really stun our personal inner growth. Its always a good time to spend time in nature, especially just to sit and watch what she does.

Have you ever noticed how you feel when you are out in nature, silently? Have you felt the love she has for you? Do you here the creatures speak as you are just standing there or walking by them? That feeling. That connection to this earth and the Divine is what we all truly need. You see, fear is one of our three foundational emotions that we are born into this world with. The broken souls that lead countries, run companies, any influences of any sort, have used fear in some way, shape or form. Some have come to realize that it is easier to control an individual in the state of fear. The reason is simple, we naturally do not like being in a state of fear. We just don’t, Must people don’t not change their state of fear or anger only because they do not know any better or they refuse to be willing and open to new ideas and concepts. As a species we need to start being more aware of what state of emotional mindset that we are in, to see if we should operate to full compactivity or barley any.

There are a couple things that an individual might do to shift out of the state of fear. We can always learn how to slow the mind from overthinking about someone, something or a situation. Breathe work is always a good starting point in learning how to slow the mind, not only that but it is good to know for when you are out in public. A choice that is kind of obvious here is mediation, and of course. By practicing this, you can heal way more aspects of your life rather than just fear mindset. Another item that many seem to be ignorant of, I was one of them, is food. Now days I try and stay away from processed or pre package foods, and there are many reasons for that as well. The more organic you eat and make your own food, the higher and better the energy that your body will retain from the food. Also, your body deserves the best food possible. When we start adjusting our lives to our bodies, our state of mind changes. Thus, by doing one of these at a time and building up will eliminate fear out of your heart and when that happens, love is allowed in and to flourish. Which we learn to be responsive instead of reactive.

I challenge you to sit with what truly lies in your heart with fear. The individual that says nothing right away either has full confidence in their own abilities or they are along the lines of a narcissist. Last one would be if the individual has never sat with their own true feelings to understand them. Again, leads to the need of shadow needing to be done. As the individual lets go of this emotion. It allows more light, love, into every aspect of the self.
