A movie theater

It was reported that a short film was shown in a movie theater that began with a snapshot of the living room ceiling. No details, no color. Just a white roof.

The same scene was shown for 6 minutes when the moviegoers started getting frustrated. Some complained that the film was wasting their time and others started leaving.

Suddenly, the camera lens began to move slowly until it reached the floor below. A young child who appeared to be crippled was lying in bed, suffering from a ruptured spinal cord.

The camera then pans back up to the ceiling with the following words:

"We showed you only 8 minutes of this child's daily activity, just 8 minutes from this scene this disabled child watches all the hours of his life, and you complained and couldn't wait for 6 minutes, You couldn't bear it. Look at it.."

Sometimes we need to put ourselves in the shoes of others to realize the magnitude of the blessings we have been given and thank Allah for giving us such blessings that we take for granted.

May the light of divine direction always shine upon your path, lighting the course to be taken and banishing the darkness of uncertainty and perplexity.
