Gluten Free Game Day
Game Day means something a little different around our house than it does for most folks. Sure, we've been known to watch the Super Bowl. Who hasn't? And we might have an aunt who has an Alabama t-shirt she insists on wearing so she can scream "Roll Tide!" at the top of her lungs.

I’ve always had an athletic body and I never saw ribs so clearly and collarbones so sharply.

A Time for Tea
Tea time. It's may be a time to relax. It may be a time to be energized. For some it’s the perfect beverage to enjoy while looking out the window on a rainy day. Or, it may be a quick drink in hopes to take in a much needed caffeine fix. For many it's a time to connect with others while sipping on the warm flavors of the earth. Friends gather, sharing stories and laughing, each having their own agenda or purpose. One may be confiding in another, while others are there to gossip about their in-laws. For some, this is a time to reflect. Perhaps journaling is accompanying the cup of leaves. Whatever the reason, tea time is a special time.

Guilty Pleasure: Hell's Kitchen
2020 was a year that delivered a gift of seemingly infinite time to kill and nothing to do. We were all staying home finding that family time that was otherwise limited to a few blissful gatherings or fleeting moments now became the everyday. We started eating together; not quick stops to a communal table, each of us scattering after the plate was swiftly cleared, but long and quite honestly, lovely meal times that had no expiry. With all this newfound time comes restlessness, and this is where the guilty pleasures start to come into play.
