Dough (for 2 pizzas): 500 g flour, 300 ml water, 1 packet dry yeast, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp olive oil.

Topping: 200 g tomato sauce, 250 g mozzarella, basil leaves

Dough: put flour in a bowl and form a hollow in the middle. Add dry yeast and 1 teaspoon of salt. Add olive oil and water and knead everything into a smooth dough. Form the dough into a ball, put it in a bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Topping: roll out the dough on a floured work surface and place on a baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce on top and cover with mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes, until the pizza is golden brown. Garnish with basil leaves and serve.

Pizza with smoked salmon and dill:

Dough (for 2 pizzas): 500 g flour, 300 ml water, 1 packet dry yeast, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp olive oil.

Topping: 150 g cream cheese, 250 g smoked salmon, dill, lemon juice

Dough: Put flour in a bowl and form a hollow in the middle. Add dry yeast and 1 teaspoon of salt. Add olive oil and water and knead everything into a smooth dough. Form the dough into a ball, put it in a bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
