1. Biryani

2. Halwa Puri

A soft fried flatbread known as puri halwa serves as the basis of the traditional Pakistani breakfast dish known as halwa puri. And halwa, a semolina pudding. Typically, fried semolina and sugar syrup are used to make it, and then nuts like pistachios and almonds are added on top.

The sweet treat is flavored with green cardamom pods, Cara essence, and cloves and is typically colored with yellow or orange food coloring for a more vibrant appearance. A dough made of flour, water, salt, and oil is used to make puris, which are soft and fluffy fried bread.

Using lamb mince, onions, garlic, coriander, lemon juice, yogurt, and garam masala to make a delicious Pakistani kebab.

Although Seekh kebabs can be prepared in a tandoori oven, they are typically served hot along with flatbreads, salads, onions, and fries.

These fried triangle patties can be stuffed with everything from meat to vegetables, including onions, lentils, spicy potatoes, peas, or ground pork.

These hot, savory rectangles are frequently served with yogurt, finely chopped onions, or homemade chutneys made with mint, coriander, or tamarind.

5. Nihari

A well-known meat dish called nihari is created using chicken, mutton, or beef shanks that are cooked slowly. The meat is cooked with stock and a variety of spices, including cumin, cloves, Garam masala, and cardamom, in big pots sealed with dough. It takes six to eight hours to properly cook a nihari, which is typically eaten for breakfast.

6. Zarda

Zarda is a fragrant and sweet rice dish from Pakistan that is cooked using basmati rice, milk, and sugar. Its name is a translation of the Pashto verb chapli, which means "to bring together." Chapli kebab is believed to have originated in Peshawar, despite the fact that it is now a popular dish in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and India.

10. Chicken Karahi
