How to Pay Your Student Loans and Stay Sane
I always worried about them but the first time I cried over them was when my girlfriend and I started talking about our money situation. For the first time I discussed my debt, in details, with someone. She knew I had student loans to pay, I had just never pondered too long about how much it will affect my future, perhaps it was my way of keeping it from turning into a bigger anxiety than it already was. Early on I decided I would pay them as fast as my bank account and my common sense allowed me to. I had read this article about a person that paid 75k worth of student loans in 5 years, so I thought to myself "I own 65k, I probably can do the same." A little naive, but not too crazy of a thought. I also made the choice to not let it take over my life, like the person in the article did. I didn't want to make ramen noodles cups part of my regular diet or have no savings after 5 years of working as a so called "adult." Yet there I was, three years into my debt, crying over my debt while my girlfriend tries to console me.
5 Things You Should Never do during JEE Preparation
Preparing for IIT JEE can be nerve-wracking… yeah, we get it. After all, who likes to be under a scanner for two long years and continuously being asked about test performances, scores and ranks. That too, for IIT JEE, which is one of the toughest exams in the country.
4 Factors for Effective Language Learning
If you've tried learning a new language as an adult, you are probably familiar with how difficult it can be to retain vocabulary, grammar rules and pronunciation- and that's not including the likelihood of a new alphabet or writing system! There are books, videos, podcasts and apps out there to help, but these can't replace the benefit of learning one to one with a tutor. In order to become confident in a language, you need to be exposed to it frequently, otherwise your brain is likely to 'forget' the vocabulary. Scientifically: the neural pathways to the language will be weakened as your brain prioritises other areas, so recall becomes more difficult. So, how to go about making it stick?
9 Step Guide To How I Wrote a First Class Dissertation
General tips Before diving straight into each step here are some preliminary tips to consider: Getting started Remember to get started as early as possible so that you can research and plan your topic in advance and still have time left to write and redraft your dissertation Set a date by which you want to complete your dissertation so that you can allocate the necessary amount of time needed to work towards this goal Set aside around 30 minutes to an hour each day to work on your dissertation. This tip is most effective if you start working on your dissertation early in the year but you can increase or reduce the amount of time spent daily depending on your deadline and needs. During this allotted time you should focus on a specific task such as researching, planning or writing to make the most out of these sessions Make sure to also check the formatting requirements set out by your department as well what referencing style is expected of you Look at sample dissertations your department has released to use as a guide for your own dissertation The amount of references expected for you to use may vary based on your paper’s topic, but as a benchmark you can look at the average number of references used in the sample dissertations and apply that to your own paper

It’s my favourite play and I love teaching it.
How to Write a Successful Research Proposal
In my first semester of graduate school, I wrote a research proposal for the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowships Program. I had no guidance on how to write a proposal for this very competitive fellowship program. Many websites seem to contradict each other on the guidance that they gave. Ultimately, I was unsuccessful at attaining the fellowship.
Truly Understanding it
We all hate being wrong but it often gives us room for growth. Recently, I’ve analyzed misconceptions I have had, and ones that many others have had in an attempt to identify at least one cause. Ever since I have been mindful about how I read and analyze information and I feel more confident in my ideas.

Don't Tell Writers "Tell a Good Story"
“If everyone could write a good story, then we would have nothing but good stories.” This is the most obvious statement in the world. Unless you’re a Dada-ist, or in modern parlance a “shitposter", you are more than likely making an effort to appeal to some sort of audience. Yet we all know there are plenty of piss-poor works of fiction in the world. You can probably name at least one novel you hate. One popular author you consider over-rated. Hemmingway.
