Discovering Denver's Different Cuisine's
Ethiopian Cuisine: Axum Restaurant -5501 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80220 It is week two of trying a new food and this week we went to Axum Restaurant. It's an Ethiopian Restaurant off of Colfax. As I am not experienced in the Ethiopian food world, I had my friend pick the establishment.

Discovering Denver's Different Cuisine's
I am not going to lie, I am a picky eater, always have been and it didn't help that I grew up in a smallish town with very limited food diversity other than the normal Mexican restaurant and casual and questionable Chinese Restaurant. Nonetheless, my mouth pallet is mostly limited to corn, potato's and steak.

How Perfect on Paper isn't Always what you Need

A "Friend" From College
We spend a variation of four years of our lives in a place surrounded by several different kinds of people, most around the same age. This we call college. We find different ways to make friends by having roommates, trying new classes, joining clubs, a brief whirlwind time in a sorority in my case. Nonetheless we surround ourselves with similar and familiar people for years. Whether you are close to them or friends by association, you are still bonded, by the same degree, classes, stress, and the combination of thriving and surviving.

The Path to Egg'quality
Did you ever see that egg meme going around a few years back. It was a teaching lesson or something about how different eggs look differently on the outside, but you crack them open, the yolk is the same color and shape on the inside. Funny enough, when I think of inclusivity, I think of those eggs.
