A Dream and a Little Black Book
She sat in the window, the sun warm upon her face, as memory after memory danced through her head. Every so often a smile turned the corners of her mouth, as the tears flowed in what seemed like a never-ending sad spring rain, down her cheeks to fall silently off her chin, this signaled the next tear to begin the same journey again and again.

"My Cozy Corner"
Our five bedroom home shelters myself, my husband, my daughter, my son in law, and my three grandchildren ages 16,14, and 3. Prior to covid, on any given day, you could add an extra five to fifteen teenagers, (sometimes more!) plus five to ten friends with their children who are visiting my daughter and her husband, at times a friend or two who are visiting me and my husband, oh and my other daughter and my son, their children and their significant others must be added to the total as well! Needless to say our home is active, full of laughter, love and chaos!

"A Wild Card Up My Sleeve"
When I thought about the music that got me through this crazy and surreal year 2020,I had to smile and even chuckle some. In my mind's eye I saw my 3-year-old grandson singing and dancing to PinkFong's "Baby Shark", Drakes "The Tootsie Slide", anything by Drake for that matter!, Brelands "Don't Touch my Truck", both Keshawns and Ricky Desktops version of "Chicken Wing", and Blanco Browns the "Git Up" to name his favorites!

"A View from the Back Seat"
As a child she spent many hours viewing the world thru the backseat window of her parents car. In her 6-year old's mind she processes the conversations of adults and all the worlds problems she hears on nightly news casts. She cuts through any red tape, with her child like resilience, non judge-mental, un-inhibited thoughts formed from the most pure and honest viewpoint in our existence she contemplates the objectives of each of her concerns and she finds simple solutions formed within her child-logic perimeters.

Dear MR. President
I address you as MR. President because you deserve the respect of being called so. I have been embarrassed and disenchanted with the lack of respect the American media, politicians, and many of my fellow American's have presented since you took office. Never in my memory have I ever been witness to the President of the United States of America continually being addressed or referred to by his given name "Trump", "MR. Trump", "Donald" as you have. It's insulting and passive aggressive behavior to minimize and humiliate you. Since day one I have been witness to continual mocking, slandering and skewing of every move you made so to discredit your achievements while in office and I apologize for this. I find it ironic that after the 2020 election suddenly your referenced as MR. President in all most every media venue or post I see or hear.
