Dollar Tree Book Hauls
When I stumbled upon the world of "booktube" the one thing I noticed everyone had in common was an enormous library. Booktube and bookstagram are corners of the internet where book enthusiasts go to share their love of books. Usually this entails them reviewing books for their booktube (YouTube channels), booktok (TikTok), bookstagram (Instagram) etc. People usually spend hundreds of dollars on collectable books with different versions of covers, bookish merch etc. Truthfully the scene is blowing up. It used to not be cool to be a booknerd, but now it's become a full blown career path for people!

Slap On Some Makeup And Call Me A Catfish
We have all seen those TikTok videos, ones where they go from bare skin and it flips over in the next frame to what seems to be a completely different human being. The beauty industry as a whole has continue to sky rocket over the last 10 years, and it has become a multi billion industry. Due in large part to social media, people are feeling more inclined than ever, to change their apperance and make an identity of who they are. Their own personal statement and brand.

So You Want To Own A Corgi Huh?
Eventually I knew if I ever got a Corgi, I would totally at some point spam the internet with his amazing good looks. Truthfully Morty has changed my life in a lot of ways that I don't think the average person would ever truly understand. In my previous blog post I mentioned being diagnosed with Bipolar Type II, and my struggles with mental health in general. So eventually I made it my goal to get a dog that would fit my "forever home" narrative.

Let Me Tell You About Hannah
It sounds so cliche, but I'm horrible at making friends and the worst at keeping them. Due to my relentless mental health issues, my therapist likes to remind me every session how "self sabotaging" isn't a healthy trait to have. I have been in therapy for about 5 years now on a consistent basis, and while there have been several up and down moments, the biggest thing I recognized is how my mental health has taken a toll on the ones closest to me.
