Invisible
The putrid air penetrated his senses as he tried to remember how he ended up in the dungeons far below the castle. Rubbing his head, Maik closed his eyes and fought another wave of nausea. He lost the battle as the last remnants in his stomach spilled onto the stone floor.

The Servant
I have listened to stories from long ago, tales of the fae, sprites, and the hidden folk. Our imaginations can go wild! Closing my eyes and drifting into a dreamlike state, I wondered what life would be like in ancient Iceland, with the magic that they spin within their tales. Slowly drifting off to sleep, I found myself walking in Illia's shoes.

Stuffed Peppers
Certain foods will always bring back childhood memories; for me, my mother's pepper stuffing was passed along by one of her friends. I took it and tweaked it from pepper stuffing to stuffed sweet peppers. Both recipes are fantastic and use the same ingredients, but I prefer the mini stuffed peppers for company, mainly to serve as an appetizer.

The Sisterhood of Gingers
Most nights, I don't sleep. Well, that's not exactly true. I generally fall asleep at some point and manage to get about 6 hours or so. The truth is, I don't sleep for more than two hours at a time. My brain is constantly going, plotting stories, scheming to get my characters out of a dastardly situation or two, and perhaps, checking my social media accounts for any action in the middle of the night.
