Fading. Decaying. Below the waterline sits the ancient ship. Tales spun of gold and jewels. The pirate's greatest dream. Oh, how do they scheme? Upon the darkest night, a splash is barely heard as the waves crash upon the shore.

Who would enter? Who would dare? Travel in darkness to seek the treasure. The vile captain swam to the depths of the forlorn ship, hiding its treasures and trapping intruders.

With little light, he entered through a broken window into the dining hall. Tables covered in barnacles. He wondered if he would live to tell this tale.

Grabbing the doorframe, he pushed his way into the next room. A twisted frame blocked his way, forcing his retreat. Another path, within the ship's grasp.

Darkness hovered. Surrounding him when his light flickered on a shiny object. Heart racing. Hoping without hope. Has he found the treasure?

Picking it up, it disintegrates. Swearing loudly, he is about to leave when he stumbles on the treasure. Without a thought, he throws the lost treasure in his bag.

His feet tangled in the seagrass. Freeing himself, he swims to the surface. Breathing fresh air, he lifts his haul upon his boat, slipping away silently.
