How do you identify? A Continuous lifestyle Poll
So you think you know who you are and what's important to you about being that person. You might agree with that statement, or you may not. How often do you ask others who express a similar identity as yours what is important to you about this? I'd guess not often. I'm taking some time to get to know the people and kinksters that my work, community engagement, and identity resonate. And through this work, I’m getting to know different aspects of myself!

Get verified and explore Fet Life's new facial recognition system.
There is a reason why Facebook and many others have stopped doing this. Facial recognition systems harm people in the community. But face recognition, the technology behind these features, is more than just a gimmick. It is employed for law enforcement surveillance, airport passenger screening, and employment and housing decisions. Despite widespread adoption, face recognition was recently banned for use by police and local agencies in several cities, including Boston and San Francisco. Why? Of the dominant biometrics in use (fingerprint, iris, palm, voice, and face), face recognition is the least accurate and is rife with privacy concerns. Police use face recognition to compare suspects’ photos to mugshots and driver’s license images; it is estimated that almost half of American adults – over 117 million people, as of 2016 – have photos within a facial recognition network used by law enforcement. This participation occurs without consent, or even awareness, and is bolstered by a lack of legislative oversight. Face recognition empowers a law enforcement system with a long history of racist and anti-activist surveillance and can widen pre-existing inequalities. I do not support this as part of Fet Life and it will out others as not even credit card companies are safe from getting hacked. This is a bad idea and bad for the global community to particpate with.

The benefits of combining journaling, dialoguing, and community building amongst kinksters. Explore The Constellation
When entering into a new social group and seeking community there is always a moment where I am seeking those who look friendly. I’m likely going to talk to people that are approachable, exploring an interesting topic to me, and are open to sharing. One of the best things about exploring the Constellation Experience is there is journaling uniform questions, dialoguing and having conversations about those themes, and the opportunity to add perspectives to solutions and ideas proposed to questions. This encourages people to share their ideas with less stress and anxiety and opens up conversations with people who are new to the community and those who have been there a while. In sharing the concept of Constellation Experience with others I have been asked about the benefits of journaling. The idea of journaling and talking about the contents of our ideas as a group is also new. Some people imagine a school where lessons are imparted and answers are the same across the classroom, with some answers being right and other solutions being wrong. That is not the format anyone should expect here. Let’s talk about the benefits of journaling, personal development for Kinksters, and having meaningful conversations. Journaling does more than just help you record your memories or find the right words to improve your self-expression. It’s good for your health and will help you establish meaningful connections.

What if what makes you kinky could also revolutionize your life? Enter The Constellation Experience
Last night the hardcovers came in and today I will be picking the dates and places for the first public groups with it. I'll be starting off with facilitator groups and then opening up to the general kinky public. This will not be a book you pick up to read and put down and go about your life.

Can you help bring out my inner sadist?
All too often in helping relationships, what needs to be said is what one person does not want to say, and the other does not want to hear. Also, people’s explicit notions only convey a part of their mental processes. What goes without saying generally goes unsaid. This is why researchers and MCs do not content themselves with asking various people about their conceptions of life and living but also observe how the consequences of a group member or action trigger particular behaviors. Advising this comes down to the experience of identifying the expressive cues presented and those that are never expressed and held back. What you read here is my best approximation of the energy, feel, and questions that are asked and unsaid. This question of how to be a better sexual or sensual sadist is common for those engaged in BDSM and those who dabble in some of it’s sensual arts. There is no one correct way to embody or behave. What follows is how the narrative and question resonated with me. Would you have answered it differently?

An Answer to when is it time to end training?
The question of when to stop training is a search to clarify priorities and values of what we have, what we are doing, and where we might go from here. That can become confusing as we become aware of new possibilities and new goals that can make us refocus our efforts in new ways or do something different. None of us likes confusion because it erodes our sense of competence and confidence. Sometimes it can be difficult to remove ourselves from our feelings far enough to verbalize them. If we even knew we were confused, we wouldn't be as confused as we are. Yet, confusion is as usual as certainty. Often the questions we are asked are not ultimately the ones that a person is seeking answers for. As you read this over and please think about what you might say. Chances are good you will encounter someone like this.

An answer to observing a scene gone wrong
This post was inspired by an email I received. It brings together many issues that we have to engage with when inviting others to join us to observe as we engage with our specific kink dynamics. Do you think the observer is part of scene they are observing? This email encapsulates many of the general assumptions people can come to the kink community after only learning about what it means to be dominant or submissive through porn and fantasy. This email is a learning experience about communication and how to handle unpleasant feelings while attending an event or online. Not every piece of advice that any of us will give is going to be positive. People need to know they are wrong and need to see consequences when they do not change their behavior. As you read this over and please think about what you might say. Chances are good you will encounter someone like this.

In Response: What's kinda like playing with yourself but isn't?
Every day I get questions from people that attended one of my trainings, read my blog, or my books. Once I get the same question again and again for a while, I recognize that it would be worthwhile to share this q and a with others. So this question about restrictions on stimulation of oneself is one that regularly pops up. It is also a question that is asked by everyone and not just one gender. I welcome your thoughts and impressions on how you might answer this yourself. Whether you agree or disagree with my reply you will get to learn what iktsuarpok means.

How to support content creators and influence the local and national community
By definition, all of us on social media are content creators. We are sharing our stories, opinions, memes, poking fun at stereotypes, and now and again sharing effective content that drives people of similar interest back to our business. What we content creators do for business is more than work for money. We support worthy causes, network, and recognize others for their efforts. Since much of our content spans across multiple channels, it can be tricky to know how to support us. Here is a quick and naughty guide on how you can help the content producers and communities/tribes, making a difference in your life as they put out the content and events that people love.
