Can Two Little Words Help Improve Relationships, Self Esteem, Depression, High Blood Pressure, Overall Health, and Overall Happiness? We'll Find Out!
In my last piece, entitled Two Little Words, I ventured into an area that is known for making people blush. I delved into the importance of those two words and why those two little words have such a profound impact on our lives. I followed that up with one on the changing laws in our society and how nudity is becoming a more widely accepted practice in America's changing landscape. Today I'm going to delve into the benefits of the words Get Naked and discuss the physical, mental, and emotional health benefits from what should be America's favorite pastime.

Passing 4,000 Reads, What to Do Next?
So you reached a benchmark. Was it 500 reads, 1000 reads, 2500 reads? Was it getting a top story spot or even winning a challenge? Either way, you reached it. Now what? What is there to do? It's almost impossible to tell, at least in my case. So you think about what to write next and wonder, based on the experience that you've had, what might be popularly read and what won't be? At the end of the day, are you writing for yourself or are you writing because you hope to be a writer, make an extra income, enjoy writing, and sharing it with people? It's going to be a different answer for most people that might read this but I imagine those are the questions we've all had at some point. What do we want out of what's possible?

How To Hit Big On Casino Slots
With the overall expansion of gaming in most states, the reality of wins versus losses has become a reality of everyday life. Long gone are the days you would have to travel across the country to one of the resort and vacation towns to do your gambling. Most cities in the country have adopted some sort of gaming regulation in the hopes of finding their way to the taxes and revenue that come from the world of gambling. Just like those cities, hundreds of people a day flock to the local gaming lounges, bars, and casinos hoping for that to be their lucky day. But, was it? The reality of gambling is that the house is always favored to win. That's just simple business when it comes to the gaming industry.

OUR GOVERNMENT VERIFIES UFO VIDEOS ARE REAL
At first glance, these astonishing videos may make fans of science fiction think "Stargate" but now that the videos have gone around the globe with the reports that a forthcoming public report on UFOs is expected in June people may think differently about this in just a few months. The New York Times recently reported that data from the National UFO Reporting Center showed an increase in UFO sightings rose by 1,000 to 7,200 reports in 2020. As people sheltered in place last year, cars were parked, businesses shuttered, and the world stood still during the Covid-19 pandemic reports of sightings rose. Was it because people had so much free time amidst a decrease in light pollution in our skies that New York City saw an additional 300 UFO reports? It would make sense when you stop to consider the questions that need to be answered.

What Would I Say To Our Country? We Must Do Better!
America, it's time to do three things. Redesign, Rebuild, Reclaim! The words can mean many things. They are by themselves verbs, or transitive verbs if you wanted to get technical. They’re also when put together, a mission statement for anyone that has suffered a failure, a loss, or fallen on hard times. Let’s face facts. In today’s world, we now need more strength than at any time in recent history. We’re all going to suffer from the rapidly changing universe we live in and our lives will inevitably be affected by the sudden change in both our immediate world, our communities, our country, and unfortunately, I do believe our planet.

How To Break A D#$% And Other Embarrassing Bedroom Injuries.
Trips to the emergency room are oftentimes the things of nightmares, but what about those embarrassing trips that result from your bedroom, or elsewhere, sexual antics. On TLC they've made a point of educating us through Sex Sent Me To The E.R. If you haven't watched the show it's definitely worthy of your time on a cold Saturday night with nothing to do. It's also worth watching just for a laugh at the expense of some actors playing out the antics of some unfortunate lovebirds.

99 Down And 1 To Go
November of 2020, and I was looking for something more to do to fill my time during the pandemic. Along with a job that had been slower than anything in my life before the pandemic, I felt like I needed more; I wanted to do more than go to work and binge watch Netflix, Hulu, or Disney Plus. The monotony of it all was weighing on me and that's the time when we all begin to go a little crazy when we find ourselves unable to control our own existence. Then came the day I saw the ad for Vocal. It was on Facebook and then I noticed it on Instagram. I saw that ad every day for a week if not longer. Finally, I checked it out.

The Decadent Small Town Hot Dog
I chose Galesburg's Coney Island for the Eat Local challenge because it has been a hallmark of my hometown for as long as I can remember. I literally can't remember a time when I didn't love the coney dogs from Coney Island. In fact, as I was free during the noon hour today, I swung by there for the decedent treat that is their coney dog.

A Second Chance From A First Date.
Justin was a loner of sorts, even though it never suited him as well as he would have people believe. It was the life he chose that lead him to remain alone as long as he had, and even he believed, at times, that it was for the best. Sure, there'd been a great love or two in his life. Those too were victims of the life he chose. His one great love may have come to him far too early for him to be able to appreciate what it meant. Circumstances far beyond his control would bring that to an end.

Did You Sign Away Freedom Of Speech For A Paycheck?
Ratings for the internet are all over the place when it comes to protection at home, parental controls, and what the industry sees as safe vs unsafe. Sadly, work ratings are much less understandable. We've all see NSFW (Not Safe For Work). Most of the time the NSFW ratings are attached to scandalous photos, porn sites, and some risque humor posts. There are other things to consider both at work and at home.

It's Another Monday
Mondays-We All Hate Them Like Garfield, we all hate Mondays. It's the official end of that glorious two days of freedom and our escape from the grind of the world. The morning commute, waking up two hours earlier than the last two days, the inevitable rush of work, and meetings. God, the meetings. They start before we've had a chance to really get our brains going. They drag on at times, sometimes until lunch. Then bosses wonder why we didn't get anything else done on Monday.
