Ripping through your body, like a hot blade Nothing will stop me, until I’m ready to fade. I’ll encompass all you are, until I’m gone

Time passes, yet it stands still as I remember Your first smile as you seduced my soul. Within me it sparked something new
Looking at her for help, and finding the devil staring back With snakes protruding from her eyes, ready to attack. The voices in my head rising all at once, a mighty force
Is my smile one that’s fake, or one that’s true Can you tell if I’m happy, or feeling blue? Do my eyes sparkle from joy, or tears
Blinded by your rage, a storm within your mind Lost within a fog, clarity difficult to find. Your mind a whirlpool, the darkness like a disease
Cruelty that erupts into a tremendous storm From the callousness of words that form. The constant battering of my soul
Memories that last forever as you drift into sleep Our short time together etched into my dreams. My eyes sad, conveying what’s on my mind
