Bio
When I write, I connect with a part of me that otherwise doesn’t exist. She’s a flame that I spend hundreds of thousands of words trying to grasp. I hope you feel her too when you’re reading. I turn the sirens voice into art, for she is me.

Watcher
A stroke of good luck finds me as I sit in a fancy cafe, waiting for the person interviewing me to arrive. One of the waitresses has paid for my coffee. I have never been one for handouts, but I can tell her gesture is born of goodwill, and accept it graciously. It feels like a good sign that this is going to work out. I saw this job listing in the newspaper, applied online, and prayed to every God, that this would be the one for me.

An Everlasting Vow
“Oh my goodness, he’s dead. Holy crap Walt, she just KILLED him straight dead.” My best friend snatches the book from me and goes over the ancient journal entry that finishes this dusty book we found in the back of our high school’s library. We're sitting at a table near the bay windows that overlook the most beautiful lake that's ever existed. We’ve been studying at this exact table for four years now and I’ve always enjoyed the feeling of peace it gives me.

What to Expect When You Haven’t Played Animal Crossing in a WhileTop Story - October 2021
So it’s been a minute huh? You took a break from all the responsibilities of running an island, maybe started a new game, or perhaps your switch has just been collecting dust. It feels like it wasn’t that long ago where Nintendo Switches were flying off the shelves and sold out almost everywhere you went. However, it’s been over an entire year since then, so the real question is, how long did the AC fever last for you?

Knowledge is Power
Fiddling with the locket in my hands, I sigh, remembering the Christmas I got it. Dad was still around back then. He told me he had picked it out himself, even though I knew mom had helped, but I didn’t want to ruin it for him. A heart-shaped locket wasn’t at the top of my list, however I still cherish it. I had planned on putting a picture of our dog and my parents in it. We never got that far. That was right before dad fell ill, before he lost his hair, his skin grew gaunt, and mom had to take me away.

Ways to Decorate Your Island Head to Toe!
When I first started playing back in March I would have died if you had told me it wouldn’t take that long to reach a five star island. It took me forever to figure out how to get a perfect town in New Leaf! Alas, the day I wandered out to find my first Lilly I was beyond excited. I raced to Isabelle only for her to confirm Kore’s Key is now a happening place!

10 Not Disney Movies People Forget or Overlook
My mom started collecting movies before I was born, while now she has thousands at her disposal plus a fully stocked Vudu account, the memories of my favorites lingers with me, although not all of them are easy finds. When you’re a kid, you just kind of assume most animated films are Disney because let’s face it, they usually are. As long as I can remember I’ve been a fan of animation, and the absolute magic it brings to the screen, which is why I’m here, to remind the world of a movie or two they may have forgotten. Of course some of these will probably be familiar if you’re as big a fan as I, but if you don’t recognize a movie and it seems interesting, give it a watch, if you can find it.

The Secret to Balloons and Mush DIYs
I have only been playing Animal Crossing New Horizons since the day it came out, but there are still so many new things you learn on a daily basis. If you've been playing, either one day or for eight months, you know that the game updates very regularly. We started with awesome sets like the Cherry Blossom DIYs in the Northern Hemisphere, Easter, the Wedding set (one of my favorites), the Mermaid collection, and so many new additions since then like the Pirate set! We just wrapped up Spooky season, and with what's been going on in the US I know a lot of people weren't able to get all the DIYs. I myself started a mini pumpkin farm on day one of October, which grew into a very large farm/carnival over the last few weeks.

No Matter What
I had been pruned as a vessel for so long. When I was born my parents knew I would be special. At least that’s what they told me until they passed away when I was 12. They told me that at thirteen I would come into my witch powers and I would help bring our coven into the spotlight.

An Old Promise
March 5th It’s been weeks since I left my home, my friends, my family. After... the event, they could hardly look at me, I mean I can’t blame them. I was so shocked myself, I even thought about killing my self, but what good would that do? Let’s be real, after the way my mom and dad looked at me, I’m sure anyone would have wanted to die.

Attack of the Killer Clowns
When it comes to clowns, I know that I am not the only one who shivers with a bit of anxiety. Even as a little girl their painted faces scared me and the manic laughs haunted my dreams. Even though the comedy version wasn't for me, I found things like Stephen King's It and Attack of the Killer Clowns from Space seemed to fit their persona a bit more to my liking. No matter the scary movie, I always came back to It. I fell in love with horror at a young age, but what I never expected was for the history of clowns to be covered in real blood.
