We Need to Kickstart Art for the Economy
Due to the pandemic we're experiencing tons of issues. One of the biggest issues is the economy. We've been told to quarantine and many people are out of work. Fortunately there are some stimulus packages but still we have businesses that have closed down.

My Review of "Long Shot"
Long Shot came out back in 2019 and I'm a fan of Seth Rogan movies. This is why I'm surprised I didn't get to see this movie when it first came out. I thought it was funny that the leads for an American political movie are immigrants that came from other countries. There are a lot of fun nuances throughout this movie that I thought were pretty weird as well.

My Review of "Honey Boy"
Honey Boy came out quietly last year and I wish it made such a bigger splash. It's a multi-leveled movie because on one hand it's an exploration of a character but yet it is also based on a true story about one of the actors that plays in the movie. There's a weird sense of dramatic irony based on our own knowledge of the movie prior to watching the movie.

My Review of "Knives Out"
Knives Out came out last year with some resounding success. It came out of nowhere and was given a lot of push by the media. I for some reason never got the chance to watch the movie until this week. It's too bad because this would have been a really fun movie to have watched with a group of people in the theatres.

My Review of the "Yamaha RX-V6A"
Yamaha RX-V6A is the audio/video (AV) receiver that I thought would answer all of my prayers. It just recently came out this week and it definitely shows. I originally bought this receiver because I thought it would answer my problems but instead I think I have to wait for the next firmware updates for it to answer my prayers.

My Anxiety Comes From The Mistrust Of Others
Remember the times when you were carefree and young. I do. Those were innocent times because I didn't know anything about the world. Everyone's intentions were honest and forthcoming. You can put your trust in people and they could put their trust in you. People were dependable and no one wanted to do bad things to one another.

My Acne Journey that led me to MetroGel.
As a child I never really thought that acne was ever going to be a problem because my mom never had any issues and my dad for the most part didn't have any issues. I should have concentrated more on my dad though. He would have a weird breakout once or twice out of nowhere.

My Review of the "Sony X900H"
Sony X900H recently came out and it's touted to be the television that Sony is pushing people to get to work with the new PlayStation 5 that comes out next week. Everything is in a rush and you can tell that Sony is pushing themselves to hit their deadlines.

My Review of "Knock Knock"
Knock Knock is a 2015 movie that I'm not too sure how to categorize. It almost seems like it's supposed to be a horror movie but it's not necessarily scary. There's different elements that make it qualify as a horror movie though. I really liked the premise of this movie however it really faltered close to the end of the movie and there were a few missteps along the way as well.

My Review of "Train to Busan"
Train to Busan is a movie that's talked about a lot in terms of zombie movies. It came out back in 2016 and man does it elevate the zombie movie genre. It talks about a lot of societal problems that we have today but it is mainly a focus on the characters of the movie. I am definitely a sucker for movies where you gradually see characters change from one extreme to another and this is one of them. The charm of all of the characters outweigh the black and white predictability of this movie.

My Review of "Borat: Subsequent Moviefilm"
Borat: Subsequent Moviefilm has recently come out and quite strategically I might add. It was released a week or two before the 2020 American presidential elections. The previous movie had explored some of the social divides spread across America. He also pushed the envelope as to what is socially acceptable in American society. It was a pretty big turning point in pop culture when the first movie hit.

My Review of "The Boys: Season 2"
The Boys: Season 2 starts off just where it ended off last season. In the first season Hughie and the rest of the gang are running off as fugitives. Their fearless leader had disappeared to find his estranged wife raising his enemies child. Homelander seemed to be pretty much unstoppable by the end of that season. It was kind of a really bleak ending but yet it still contained so much potential. That's why this cliffhanger worked so well.
