Holistic Lifestyle - A Key to Healthy Balanced Life
Though mind, body, and soul have distinct spheres and take different roles, they bond like family sipping their evening tea together in the patio. In a family, one member’s happiness puts a smile on the other, and one’s sadness grieves the rest. Same holds true with physical, psychological and spiritual zones of our body.

Paradox Mindset - A Path to Creativity and Success
Opposite poles attract. It’s true with magnet and life. Theory of duality binds and holds the Universe together. We know Newton’s theory, “For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.” If you sow a seed below soil, the plant will grow above it. My spouse once told me perfect couple will understand each other, zero arguments. Yet, I objected to it. A couple can’t have similar thoughts always. Human mind has the power to think many opposite thoughts concurrent. These concurrent contradictory thoughts enable us to be innovative. Harvard University psychiatrist, Albert Rothenberg, found that revolutionary thinkers spent considerable active time conceiving multiple opposites or antitheses. Certainly, if Einstein didn’t think about rest and motion both, he could have eaten the apple and slept under the tree. A paradox mindset can help people leverage tension and produce creative outputs. We have a false theory that everyone doesn’t have a high IQ like Einstein or Newton. We can train ourselves to have an ingenious mind by cultivating paradox mindset. It can boost our innovation, creativity, and overall performance.

An Ambiguous Wait
Twenty pair of eyes squinted in unison towards an incoming faraway object. The crevices of their forehead and their grim faces reflected the agony they carried in a never-ending wait. Amid preying souls, he held a genial look which was unfitting to his heavy built. He was stroking his imperial style brown moustache and his shaved head sparkled like a diamond in the mid-morning rays of the Sun. Among the lot, he was the one in his mid-forties and looked hale and healthy. A short, stout man who was in his late sixties watched his facial expression and inquired to him, “Is something wrong? You look worried, Jeff.” He stopped stroking his beard and cleared his throat to respond. “My instinct says it is my turn. I feel bad.” The stout man came near him and gave a warm hug without saying a word. Dispirited Jeff received the man’s cordial hug and unwound himself quick staring in the direction where everyone’s attention fixated.

Patio Wine Date
Scent of sprouting leaves, green ground, mischief of fast and furious backyard buddies squirrels, chirping red bird, sipping a glass of red wine in the lively patio marks’ onset of spring. These are priceless treasures in the world we are living. Today, many factors like virus, climate change upturned same world. I watch flurries of snow on a bright dry sunny day. The scene of crowded morning roads filled with school bus, trains and buses crowded with people racing to their offices, downtown streets having a rally of cars struck in traffic became obsolete. Silence hangs from corner to corner in each business place. Virus world has transformed everyone’s home to office, school, weekend getaway and dream destination.

Ghosts, deadly creatures, many worse things might have haunted you. Will you believe if I say I’m haunted by Pythagoras Theorem for past sixteen years? I’m heading to Math Exam with total fear. My Math teacher yells at me and the derivation of Pythagoras Theorem laughs at me. It takes a while to realize I’m not a school kid anymore, and it is all a bad dream. When I was in my sophomore, one morning I told my mom that I would bathe in Pythagoras’ theorem. My mom asked me if my screws were loose. It is the level of dread Math put me into. Math wasn’t fun for me.

Mind Over Body - An Anti-aging TherapyTop Story - April 2021
While viewing a scenery, our mind admires its spectacular view, carries the euphoria effect to the body. The outcome is a buoyant soul. Proven or not, this butterfly effect is damn real and one can feel it. We have implied this cause-and-effect theory in our lives. It’s time to relate these concepts to our lifespan. Birth and death of a living creature balances the ecosystem. Year by year, we grow old, our body gives way for the degeneration. This is quite natural and we can’t stop it. It affects the mind, causes the body to fasten up the aging process, hence our lifespan reduces fast in the speed of a race car.
