Polka dot
I thought I was going to fall out the sky I thought I was going to hit the asphalt head on. The water washed over me, I thought I was going to drown, I thought I was suppose to die , I thought my life was over , but then I caught a glimpse of her in the sunset a polka dot. She had a smile on her face . she was like a speckle of black on a monarchs wing , glowing orange like a lattern she sparkled like a light inside a pumpkin in the dark, she was a dot on the map . Her name was polka dot she cooed she laughed she cried and smiled she was life’s gift she was a song a scent of rain a peak of sun beaming through a sparkle a dot on a frilly dress, she was beautiful she was pure she was innocent . She was a tear falling down my eye , she gave me a smile a wink, I blinked twice and she was gone she was a polka dot .

The most exposed I’ve ever truly felt has been when something I’ve written has been published. There’s something so tormenting about knowing that the creative baby from your mind’s womb has been birthed publicly for all to judge. Even being fully nude on a beach hasn’t evoked so many complicated emotions in me, and trust me, that wasn’t something you’d have wanted to witness. Yet, here I am doing it once again and, additionally, committing myself to this masochistic torture which seems to derive its power from my public humiliation. Well, YOLO and c’est la vie because when in Rome, whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. I’m pretty sure that was the “quote of the year” for 2023, so there’s no where to go but up from here.

Heart To Heart
Aspirations and dreams seem like a walk in the park for everyone. Inspirational thoughts scattered across online personality profiles, yet elusive to the person I know. Aspirations, dreams, goals…seriously, what is the point? I’m sure your life is brimming with 99 reasons to aspire, and my rambling is not one of them. I mean, what’s the point for me? You can’t answer that any more than I can now. I’m aiming for the answer this year.
William RudyardPublished 3 months ago in Confessions Why Gen X is the Worst Generation
I must say it appears that Gen X is the most annoying generation so far. I was born in the early 1970's so that means I am a Gen Xer and most of my generation are annoying, taking about a time that never existed. I thought the Baby Boomers and the Greatest Generation were annoying when I was a kid but Gen X takes the cake. They complain about Gen Z being weak, which I agree, but whose fault is that?
