This concept has been popularized by books like "The Secret" and movies like "What the Bleep do We Know," which have brought the Law of Attraction to the mainstream.

But what does science have to say about the Law of Attraction and the role of emotions in manifestation? Can positive thinking really help us attract what we want?

Positive thinking, knowing what you want (how can you manifest something if you don't know what you want? How will you know you have manifested it?), fueling the desire with positive emotions, and staying in high vibrations of gratitude, love and joy! Taking care of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually will allow you to stay in the high vibration and be balanced and happy.

Positive thinking can help us to achieve our goals, while cultivating positive emotions is crucial for manifesting our desires.     Interesting article. While I do agree positive thinking, gratitude, health, etc contribute to success, it's action that gets things done. Everything started in this article needs to be used to fuel that action, otherwise all you're doing is wishing.
