The Devious Mind
Devious Thinking only succeeds in Self-Deception.

What is a devious mind? A devious mind is a mind that is involved in the pursuit of the manipulation of truth. It is not in search of truth. Why ask questions if you do not wish to hear the truth?
The principle behind the rule of law and order in any society is that people are responsible for their actions. If a person or organisation does not own up to this principle, they fail society and reflect a devious mind.
Please let me give you a recent example. Quora is an online organisation that pays people to ask questions in search of the truth. They do not pay for answering a question. Recently, I answered a question on Quora, which drew a positive comment from Elon Musk. However, to my surprise, the moderators on Quora, for some unknown reason, arbitrarily deleted the whole question.
When I complained and asked for a reason, they immediately restored the question and my answer, but not Elon Musk's comment, stating that it requires the author/owner's request to be reinstated.
So in one fell swoop, they deleted Elon's comment without giving any reason. Do you think Quora has acted ethically and is right in taking this action? Here is the undeleted version for your assessment. What was the motive behind the deletion?
Original Question:
Do you think people are becoming more intelligent or just more informed?
My Answer:
Mal Mohanlal
MBBS, Dip CH in Medicine and Healthcare & Hypnotherapy, University of Queensland (Graduated 1965)
All the knowledge and intelligence have not changed people's thinking. They are still not aware that their thinking process is hypnotic. When they think, they are hypnotising themselves. The ego is a product of self-hypnosis. It is a deluded entity, and people live in a world of delusions. Without self-knowledge, I am afraid, one's destiny is to keep chasing one's tail until time grinds one to dust.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. Your comments highlight the importance of self-awareness and introspection. Knowledge and intelligence can be powerful tools, but without understanding ourselves, our assumptions, and our thought patterns, it can be difficult to grow beyond our limitations.
Your emphasis on self-knowledge as a foundation for personal growth is both thought-provoking and insightful. It reminds us that true understanding often begins within.
I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Kindly follow me back so I can continue learning from your perspectives and engage with more of your valuable insights.

Thank you for your comments, and I appreciate them. There are not many thinkers like you. Most people ignore what I write. I am especially disappointed with the medical profession because they claim they practise evidence-based medicine, yet they do not. The psychiatrists do not understand hypnosis, yet they treat people with mental illness. Hypnosis is fundamental to understanding our thinking process. It is how we influence our subconscious minds to go in the direction we want them to. I have been trying to wake them up from their self-hypnosis, but they are still stuck in a groove. You may read some of my online articles to understand my thinking.
