Feel Small in Nature
go into nature feel small beneath ancient trees all your stress will shrink Note: It's bristlecone pine forest. Growing on some mountains of california, this pine can live up to 5,000 years. Its longevity is not due to ideal growing conditions. But due to low temperature and poor-quality soil. I have seen the hostile conditions these plants grow in.
