I Will Not Compare My Heart To The Weather

My Heart is as delicate as a dancing feather.

Rain, Sun, Sleet, or Snow,

Raining or thundering,

I want you all to know,

That

My moods may be,

Like the wind,

And sometimes;

We all have a winge,

But my heart is like

an angel,

Whether healed or broken

wings.

I will not compare my heart to

the weather,

My heart sings,

breaks,

Dances,

Shines,

And sometimes it,

cries.

My heart is more delicate than

the weather,

My heart is sweeter than rain or

thunder,

My heart is fragile like butterflies

wings,

Even when strong,

It still tares,

because my heart is like

a dancing feather;

It needs care and love,

So that it does not wither.
