Love and Faith
You’ve lost yourself but Love and faith aren’t just for joy They’re for hard times, too Author’s Note: Here we are, day twenty-four on my path on the fifty-day song/lyric-inspired senryū challenge. Today’s poem is based on “Hallelujah” by Leonard Cohen, which you can listen to below. I am not Christian, religious, or even really spiritual, but I do believe that whatever you believe, it should show you through the hard times as well as the good. Your faith might be shaken, but at the end of the day, if you truly believe it, then it will guide you through everything—otherwise, you probably didn’t really believe at all.
