Ballad
The light of my life
I think of you when I look at the stars. I would immediately surrender my heart to you, and you are like a book with countless pages, still new and unread. Many have tried to read you, why did they try and now they wonder. They didn't understand what was written on the first page, read on, your heart defends. My urges to win you were strong, against them, all others were false. Others, with unscratched hearts, pulled out their own, torn into thousands of pieces mine. Only you have the cure for my wounds, turn me the other way, my light! Don't let me feel thirsty by the river, may our hearts join and beat as one

"CATALINA BOARDWALK ROMANCE". Content Warning.
This is fictional prose. The characters and story are fictional, and were created by the author's eclectic brain of fairytales blended with real life of places, people, and other stuff. The Pink Blush Hotel and The Dream Factory Studios are fictional properties. Any reflection to real characters is coincidental.

To the surreal strength we hold
This is an ode to the might that we hold in our hearts to mellow through the banter of our strife. We are extraordinary species that surpass the wit and intelligence of any existing creature in the biotic ecosystem. Our minds are constantly evolving in every minuscular way to foretell the vision of tomorrow. Life is a monotonous series of exemplary events that forge their being in the mundanity of a day. Stirring with the hustle-bustle of every day becomes burdening when life shows how uncertain our mortality is and how placated we are in the hands of the unknown.
