Moving on with hope in your heart.

In a world so cold, where love's taken its toll,

I yearn to hold you, our story yet to be told.

Daisies strung, in your beauty, they gleam,

Yet spring's sweet bloom feels like a dream.

-

Kisses desired, to heal and make right,

Nights shared - inspired passion takes flight.

Crying for love, a river once flowed,

But those tears, your new love's seed sowed.

-

Past wounds unseen, my strength I'd wield,

To shield you from pain, in battles revealed.

A heart once broken, a tale of the past,

So, with words I'll fight, for a future diecast.

-

A song meant for us, a melody true,

To a distant heart, my sonnets, imbue.

I cried for love, falling in its embrace,

But tears are now scarce, gone without a trace.

-

Bitterness and sweetness entwine like a dance,

A symphony of emotions, a fleeting chance.

Yes, it's sad it all happened, regrets may weigh,

But onward we march, the light of a new day.

-

In the tapestry of life, threads intertwine,

Moments lost, but the future does shine.

Amazing things bloom, colours so grand,

You'd love them too, if you could hold my hand.

-

Unfortunate it is, this distance we bear,

Unable to share, unable to care.

But in these verses, a message of grace,

We move on, we move forward, finding our place.

-

So, let the bitter mix with the sweet,

A journey's tale that's ever so fleet.

For every tear lost, waves on past love’s shore,

We find solace in knowing, that maybe there’s more.
