As we near 25, our physical activity takes a steep fall. Few make conscious effort to keep their physical activity high or at least what is necessary. But there are a multitude of people who are stuck with sedentary and rotational shift jobs which makes spending time for physical activity a herculean task. And it is not just the time, their lackadaisical attitude can also be an hindrance. Keep a count on what you eat and try to move your anchored body.

✅ Confident persons never bow their eyes down while talking to someone.

✅ They are not afraid to tell the truth, even if it is bitter.

✅ They are engaged in improve themselves rather than being in a hurry to answer others.

✅ They never hesitates while asking questions to anyone.

✅ They are focused on their goals. They manages themselves when any obstacle comes.

✅ No one loves you truly except mom and dad. Others will take something in return for loving you ,except few diamonds.

✅ Online relationship can break you. It's very rarely if you get someone true out of 100 any 1. Rest in other cases , one person loves so much, madly and the other just timepass and when they are done with you they will leave you heartbroken by making some excuses. So be careful.

✅ Don't think about others. They will not benefit you. Just clean your table , take your book and start studying. Career should be your first priority.

✅ If you have any bad habits or anything which you want to change in yourself. Then change it dude , change it. For whom are you waiting. Time is passing , fight from your weakness as fast as possible.

✅ According to my thinking , people love those songs which are related to their own life.

✅ As you throw rotten tomatoes from your refrigerator, the same way you should throw your rotten beliefs from your mind. Either it’s a tomato or beliefs, it becomes useless once it’s rotten.

✅ Everyone’s been toxic to someone at some point. Yes, even you.

✅ Realize that nothing you do or say will change their behavior towards you.

A trait every toxic person has is that they are ignorant and oblivious to how their behavior affects and influences those around them.

The toxicity they give out has nothing to do with us but everything to do with them and their lack of inner peace.

✅ Don’t take anything they do or say personally.

Because them being hard to be around is just them projecting their feelings of inadequacy on you and their environment.

They do it to avert feelings of shame, to not have to take personal responsibility and to blame all their problems on other people.

✅ Don’t befriend them and be more mindful about what types of people you allow into your life.

Because who you surround yourself with does have a big impact on the quality of your life.

If a majority of your social circle consists of toxic people, of people who drain your energy and who add unnecessary burden to your life, that will manifest as a lack of motivation, depression and persistent feelings of not being enough.

Pick people who celebrate your successes and achievements, who don’t involve their ego all the time and where the respect is mutual.

✅ Stop watching PORN. Stop playing games like PUBG , CALL OF DUTY , GTA V , COC etc. These games kill your precious time.

✅ Deactivate all social media accounts except which you using it for learning or earing.

✅ Stop eating outside food (burger, pizza etc.)

✅ Hit the gym daily or do Yoga daily if you are an Introvert.

✅ Start running on a running/jogging track (not on the roads)

✅ Do 10 push-ups daily and gradually increase, go on till 60.

✅ If you have time, then play games like basketball & tennis.

✅ Plant a tree nearby only if you can take care of it.

✅ Note down your daily activities.

✅ Start comparing yourself with yesterday's yourself.

✅ Stop using shampoo, instead use curd or some other recipe. Most of the products shown on TV are not good for your hair.

✅ Stop watching serials and news on T.V., read newspapers instead.

✅ If you can use bicycle then use one for all nearby places. (Saves environment and maintain fitness)

✅ If you are an Indian , then watch Upnishad Ganga on YouTube (it can surely can change your life than watching Game of thrones)

✅ Stop following your idol if they are an actor or sportsperson. If you really want to follow someone then follow your father, Abdul Kalam, Vivekananda (and want to follow perfect one then follow Lord Ram)

✅ Start spending time with parents and grandparents. (They love you more than you love yourself).

✅ You're open minded - Hammett writes that intelligent people are "willing to accept and consider other views with value and broad-mindedness," and that they are "open to alternative solutions."

✅ Pay no attention to criticism or to authors of lies. They wouldn’t be doing it if you hadn’t created something to make them jealous.

✅ When people troll you, this means that you’re important. Pretend that you’re depressed, but smile inwardly because deep inside, you know that you’re somebody significant.

✅ Have a good reason to put a smile on your face. Even when you’re hungry or broke, that’s not a good reason to frown, for you never know when your help is arriving.

✅ Happiness can be faked. This is probably a good thing for your health because your subconscious mind can’t tell the difference.

✅ You can probably tell who your best friends are since they’ll not be easy to find. However, you can easily tell who your fake friends are since they’ll bring themselves to you.

✅ It’s important to connect with as many friends as possible, but the most important way to have inner peace is to connect with yourself.

✅ Whatever happens in your life, try to remain as calm as possible, despite all that’s going on around you.

✅ People who can control their emotions are stronger than fortresses. Most of the problems that take away our inner peace come from reacting to situations we shouldn’t react to.

✅ Don’t look for internal peace externally, where everybody is looking. To have peace, you have to look for someone who already has it. Unfortunately, most people don’t have inner peace, so you must change your focus to rely on your internal resources.

✅ Despite all the noise, there’s still a central place where you can find peace. The heart is a central place where you can find almost anything that needs to be found.

✅ You will never have peace watching the daily news, for it is the bad news that sells for TV stations and makes a slave to negative news. A person who watches much TV will always wake up with a headache, hangover, or depression.

✅ Happiness is the secret to inner peace. Avoid people or situations that deprive you of happiness.

✅ Nothing is as infectious as a good laughter, yet most people want to look depressed for no particular reason. Why don’t you lock yourself in a room and laugh even when there’s no particular reason to laugh?

✅ Whatever situation you find yourself in, there’s no good reason to lose hope. Hope is like advance payment on something valuable you’re eagerly awaiting.

✅ In most cases, you have innate peace inside of you, but other people come and take it away through discouragement, bad news, and idle talk because they don’t have peace in the first place and they don’t feel comfortable when you have it.

✅ When people tell you something negative, the best thing to do is to remain calm. Try to assess it, and if it doesn’t make sense ignore it. The worst thing you can do is to react to it, but the best thing you can do is to avoid negative people.

✅ Inner peace is more valuable than all the peace in the world, because when you have it, you can think more clearly and know how to react to situations and problems.

✅ The natural inclination for humans is to dominate and control others. Know that if you’re a person given to this instinct, you’re courting misery, unhappiness, and grief, for the same people you seek to control, will turn upon you and tear you apart, the moment they realize you’re also human.

✅ The number one killer for peace of mind is when you lose sleep as a result of another person “getting there” quicker than you. No two people are the same. No two people have the same abilities, and no two people think the same way. Don’t feel jealous because someone else is succeeding where you failed. Instead, be happy for them and your own success will arrive faster than you think.

✅ The number two killer for peace of mind is anger. Anger is like a tornado, destroying everything in it’s wake including you and your loved ones.

✅ Pay attention to what you eat. Neurochemicals in the brain that control mood, peace of mind, love, happiness, anger, and other factors, depend on the kind of food you eat, your particular environment, and the people you live with. Changing any or all of these factors, can greatly boost your inner peace that you didn’t believe existed.

✅ There’s a reason why people take a break. Although worrying your head off won’t solve any problem, you might find it reasonable to find a solitary place where you can spend time alone. Enjoying solitude, meditation, and prayer, especially where there’s a body of water like the sea, river, or lake, are great ways to get away from people and all the noise, mobile phones, internet, social media, and rejuvenate your life. Find time to connect with your soul, and understand better what’s ailing you.

✅ The phrase that “music heals your soul” can’t be more true. I’d say that making music your close companion is a great way to relax, whether you’re depressed or not. Music relaxes the mind and body, soothes the nerves, recovers your lost energy and focus, and immunizes you from the stresses of life.

✅ Treating your woman like your mother, & leaning on her for emotional support , is a massive turn off for her . It’s not romantic . Normalize being happy without being in a relationship,

✅ How about you stop dwelling on past & regretting your failures? ,

✅ Laser focus forward , successful people don’t need to watch their flanks,

✅ How about you take full control over your physique & fitness , your appearance , emotions , thoughts , & actions ? What if you could design your ideal future yourself ? ,

✅ Tap into your congruent self & discover what you’re capable of. Have a God like self-esteem & cultivate abundance ,

✅ Your life becomes much better when you stop getting scared of looking stupid & fall in love with making mistakes ,

✅ Ignore the voice that makes you feel bad about putting your peace of mind before others . Life is too short to let your guilt entangle you in disrespect & toxicity,

✅ Growing is being grateful for all your trauma , hardships & failures ,

✅ Whatever you decide to do , make sure it makes you happy,
