MY LIFE AS A BANKER
My Life as a Banker By Frederick B. Hudson A Parable One evening when a farmer had cultivated his crops, fed his mule, and locked his barn; he sat down in the evening and watched the sun set. But with darkness came a ferocious rain, followed by wind that whined and gusted with a ferocity that seldom seen.

The Importance of Thought Leadership
What is "thought leadership" and how does it apply to me? If you're asking this question, you probably already have an entrepreneurial mindset and are ready to utilize what this phrase really means. If you know you're a leader with the next BIG idea who is just itching at the idea of how to push YOUR product, YOUR service, YOUR breakthrough idea to change an industry, and maybe even the world, this just may be the wrap around your brain explanation and motivation you need to start learning how to find YOUR success.

Change and You
Change and You In my life, what it means to make a change can be a lot of things. It can come from physical to mental or even emotional. For me making a change is being dedicated to being different than you were yesterday. I at least work to be better than yesterday. Positive changes can be small to big. Choosing to eat the carrot instead of the Cheetos. It all depends on if you’re willing to change your habits or ways. I mean you want to be fit and strong but you only eat cake. You’ll feel like you made a mistake. Positive changes are all in your choice.

The Grace of a Woman
Motherhood is like growing a magnificent garden. You don't necessarily have to have a green thumb to grow your favorite fruits and vegetables, though it does take a certain level of commitment and dedication to see that your crops are flourishing healthily and beautifully. Trusting that once you've planted those roots, you don't have to constantly watch them in order for them to grow. With time and patience you will see the wonders blossom. This is how my mother raised me. She planted her seeds into my mind and allowed them to take root at their natural pace, nourished the growth in my brain, and allowed me to make decisions based on what was manifesting in my mind. Certain roots needed to be rejected and otherwise did not grow. As a wise woman once told me, "Your thoughts are only what you manifest in your mind. If you spend enough time believing that you are not good enough your brain will begin to believe that is the truth." Those seeds of doubt were planted in my mind as a test. I had two options: to feed the weeds and allow them to clutter my thoughts, or to pull them and create room for a more beneficial assortment.

How to Harness the Power of Pause to Finally Get Things Done
I would like to buy a bench, said my husband’s Mum. My husband is a headteacher and had sent out a request for donations towards a lovely garden area for students. It would be a place for them to meet, chat, and enjoy a few moments during break and lunch.

Red Bull
Till this day I admire my mother, Yuliya. As long as I can remember she has been the type of woman that others have looked up to. A busy business woman with a constant smile on her face. Always holding herself together no matter what life threw at her. My mother would wear the most fashionable clothes and be super dressed up. She still wears dresses and high heals even to the store. During that time other kids would even say, “I wish my mother was like yours.” Which has made we want to be like her.

The Art of Self Discipline
Lack of show. Fear of might. Going through life, without your own flashlight. Satisfied pressure, succumbed to the dark, a lack of discipline doesn't show who you are. Growth and power, self confidence and peace, the only one that should matter, is not you but me.
