Lack of show. Fear of might. Going through life, without your own flashlight. Satisfied pressure, succumbed to the dark, a lack of discipline doesn't show who you are. Growth and power, self confidence and peace, the only one that should matter, is not you but me.

You stand and wait. You wait for the train to arrive knowing that you are going to be late for class. Power walking to make it after spending minutes going through the anxiety of leaving your comfort zone. Pacing back and forth in your home looking for distractions to keep you home. Your mind fighting with parts of yourself to do what needs to be done. Finally pushing to leave, rushing to be on time.

A figure passes by. Red jacket, blue pants and tattoos. Looking up and down the body fills with frost. The excitement bills as you attempt to take the step but your body stops and starts to fight with your mind. Conflict builds as all you can do is look in hopes for a reaction. Right before you find a result, the figure is left in the distance. You go through your mind to find reasons why things didn't work but all you are left with is exhaustion and a drain vessel.

The Art of Self Discipline starts by identifying the facts in ones ecosystem that brings the most turbulence. The things that holds us from living and progressing. Some factors become more internal rather than external. Tired while ready to move on, the thoughts and past creeps up to make us feel comfortable with what isn't right. We are held back from the ties that bind while the world lives and grows. The struggle and fight to find victory and peace has us questioning what is truth.

What is left behind and forgotten in the wind becomes irrelevant to our growth. Whats forgotten or unlearned isn't forever deleted out of existence. The things left are the things that can come back in a better light. Sometimes the things that return can come in a different view in order for us to determine the true reason. For self improvement and to help us find better ways to breathe and relax.

Constantly looking for acceptance and achievements to find value and self worth (For those who has not and needs more) The cycles and the consist reminders of negativity and pain is embedded in us. Almost like a tattoo or a tumor. It's going to be okay. Later on in life we come to learn that the things we went through and the life we so struggled to obtain, becomes the road that we were put on to finally get to where we need to go.

Learning to say no at the things that brought us so much comfort, rejecting the things that made us so use to being with. Taking a back seat to life and the world isn't what we are meant to do as a whole. Discipline can start from someplace outside of us but continues with us. We learn what is comfortable and what is needed for us. We learn that control isn't bad when our peace is liable. Stop the voices, stop the pain from getting worse. Stop the pain when it is worse. Stop the things that gave us comfort to feel so rejected and prevent the self sabotage. We shall become so confident with ourselves that nothing and no-one shall bring us down.

The lost of passion and drive is never lost or forgotten. It will feel that way but its forever ingrained within us. We fight through those fragments of the past in order to find those of which that brought us such light and guidance. Picking ourselves up from the depths of the ocean and evolving the light within us to a new strength. A new way to prevent the things that can bring us down.

The glimpse of comfort for darkness shall no longer take charge. Feeling overwhelmed, confused, lost, weak, these words and many others is easily attached to us like a leech. We don't want to feel but we do. Learning what we want and what is needed most becomes our discipline. We find that repellent, that fight against those that leech and drain us and we fight. Fight and become a strong you that only lets the light come in while leaving the shade provide memory. We will find our own freedom within ourselves by obtaining that confidence that nobody can break, that includes us too. Keep close the thing that you wanted become all along because it will be your new foundation of self discipline. This is the art of self discipline.
