Why People Are Overly Critical and How To Deal With Them
Nothing is good enough I am guilty of being overly critical. It’s an unfortunate behaviour of recovering perfectionists. I’ve been that toxic asshole who was constantly ragging on others, pointing out their weaknesses and offering “solutions” to non-existent problems.

Normalize being me. . Top Story - November 2021.
Our society has a saying: "normalize [insert anything, literally anything]." Normalize going to the movie theaters alone. Normalize girls having fat rolls. Normalize wearing bright colors, not changing your last name when you get married, natural hair. Anything. Seriously, anything you can think of can be put into that phrase. I'm sure you have even said it yourself a time or two, I know I have. This trend has become so widespread even Buzzfeed did an article about it where people shared things they wished were more socially acceptable.

Advantages of joining Sober Living in Arkansas
Sober living communities maintain a structure for their members. They provide support, rules and responsibilities to their residents, and are more relaxed than drug treatment centers. People in recovery can take advantage of this environment to learn new skills and lead a more healthy life. These facilities also help them keep a record of their activities and can assist them in the process of getting back on the right track. Therefore, many people find this a great benefit.

The truth about online writing income
Can you really make a decent earning on platforms such as Medium or Vocal? I am starting to get suspicious. I know that with a lot of things its known that in order for things to materialize it takes time. How much though? I have read multiple articles and seen tons of screen shots of the writers alleged income from their writing but its never truly clear if that is indeed their and how accurate it is. I have written a few articles now on Medium and I have qualified and earned a spot in the partnership program but I haven’t really seen much in ways of income. I have roughly 5-6 articles that are eligible for earning and between all of them I have made a grand total of $.20 Yes, you read that correctly.. TWENTY CENTS. So at this point which is a few month in and I would say semi regular writing, I have come to a cross road where I am not sure on which way I should move next.

What Is The One Question We Should All Be Asking?
What is the one question that we should all be asking more often? Questions are the beginning of great adventures in life. They're the core of discovery. A question led us to the great mysteries of the world, to space, and the deepest depths of the ocean. Without men like the Wright Brothers, we would never have taken to the skies. Without Cornelis Drebbel, the creator of the submarine, we would never have gotten to the bottom of the seas and explored the Challenger Deep.

Have you ever read the book “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” or seen the TV show? Make Your Goals Like an Adult Film Star
I know it’s only November, but I’m already knee-deep in planning for the New Year. I think it’s a common fallacy that we have to start working towards our goals at the start of January. We have our resolutions locked and loaded and as soon as ball drops at the end of December 31st; at the start of January 1st, we are gung-ho in accomplishing our dreams…

How Overthinking Has Led to Positive Changes to My Life in 2021.
What a year, man. A year filled with highs and lows, the highs being peaks of mountains I never even thought I would let myself achieve, and the lows being the depths of some of the most mentally exhausting days and feelings I have ever had. I made a new year's resolution at the beginning of this year, and it was to finally get my drivers license. I did it. Only took 9 months into the year, but I did it. I did not expect myself to even enroll myself in behind the wheel, but I was thankfully pushed by my mother to enroll into it. She told me it would be very beneficial for me and it really was.

What You’re Made Of
You’ve been through a lot lately, probably more than most. Life has been difficult for you and you just can’t seem to get yourself out of bed as you have little energy or desire to progress or succeed. You feel lost and alone in a world that seems uncaring. No one could ever love you and you definitely have excessive emotional baggage and pain. Since your divorce, you have become depressed, irritable me and have ceased hope. More often than not, you wonder who could ever love you the way that you are. There are also those times of peril when you worry about others so much that you have lost sight of taking care of yourself, and when you try, you feel selfish and you start to store many unintentional resentments toward the people you love the most. You don’t remember what your'e made of as you are are extremely self-critical to the point that you have lost the desire to exist and you just can’t discover your divine purpose. You’re bitter and angry and have a difficult time trusting or letting anyone “in” or letting anything go. You’ve lost faith and have become apathetic and pessimistic. You lost hope.
