Self love is a term everyone knows, but only few can consider it. It is a state of appreciation for oneself. It means having a regrade of your own well-being and happiness. It means that you have an appreciation, affinity and positivity regard for yourself. When you have a strong sense of love you understand your own value.

Self love helps us to take care of ourselves. Self love also protects us from negative thoughts . It is important to recognize that knowing what to say no to is just as important as learning when to say yes. Your self esteem can be influenced by your own beliefs in the type of the person you are, what you like to do, your dislikes, your expectations and your strengths.

Self love to me is the inclusion of three pillar.

1. Self-reliance

2. Self-determination

3. Self-compassion

Purest form of love is self-love. If you want to love someone completely you have to love yourself proper. The feel of love starts within ourselves. It is a fundamental building block for love, happiness and success in life.

The thoughts of Aristotle about self love are recorded in the Nicomachean Ethics and Self love allows you to reach a new level of happiness and security. We all look outside for the love we want and the love we crave but the reality is the true love you are looking for can only come from within

Self confidence is about trusting yourself and abilities. It means you accept yourself as the way you are and have a positive view of yourself. Acknowledge your personal strengths and talents . You have to set realistic goals for yourself. Confidence makes us feel that we are ready for the life experiences. When we are confident we are more likely to move forward in life. When you experiences self love you feel less fear and less stress, it increases your motivation. it makes you feel comfortable . It will enhance your physical abilities like power etc.

what does self-love looks like???

Saying positive things to yourself.

Forgive yourself when you mess up the things.

Prioritize your health and needs.

Spending time with your own self.

Write a journal.

Valuing your feelings.

making healthy choices.

Giving yourself healthy treats.

Accepting your imperfections.

Notice the good things.

Put yourself in perspective

you do what you feel good about which you think is the right thing to do. You do it for yourself is that selfish? No because you life your own life. As long as you do everything from heart you are doing well. Your intentions are pure, because as long as you make your own choice and act from your feelings, passion and concern its all good. keep progressing do not try to compete others, help others.

You are enough even when you are hurting,when your bones feel heavy and your heart is aching .it is okay to feel. it is okay to widen your heart. There is beauty in vulnerability. Remember that you are enough. You have come so far. You have learned to let go of what was not right for you. You have learned to step out of the boundaries of y our worries, believing that in time, it all would be woven together beautifully. Continue to give your all. There might be days when you feel down, there might be days you do not know what to do with all the sudden change, but you are wrapped in endless grace all the same, giving yourself strength everyday to breathe deep and keep going anyway.
