Alright. The most important message I want to convey to you is that struggling is normal. - Know that you're not alone if you're struggling out there. There are other people who are experiencing the same thing as you. - treating oneself well. It seems to me that occasionally people deny themselves the right to respect and care for themselves. - Your feelings are genuine and significant.

You may be thinking that there is no hope for the future and that ending it all is the only option available to you. However, by taking that course of action, you are depriving yourself of the chance to discover happiness and the true beauty of this life.

Take a moment to yourself. Take a break, even if it's only for a weekend day or anything. - Have patience with oneself. Everyone experiences difficult moments from time to time, so don't allow someone to tell you otherwise or try to demoralize you.

My parents and I had a really tough time communicating when I was going through what I was going through because neither of us knew how to talk to the other about it. The modern world is enormous. There is the internet. Resources are available. All you need to do is find out who else is experiencing similar circumstances as you and know what questions to ask.

Anything from football to yoga to dancing. Simply move your body. - Get help, whatever it takes.

You can obtain assistance where we reside. Please be patient, even if it takes three weeks, five weeks, or a month. Remain persistent. You will return to the person you were before, so don't give up on your life. I promise you that. - I just want you to keep in mind that you can use the suffering you're going through to produce something.
