5 Simple Ways to Motivate Yourself
Motivation is key if you feel like you are dealing with everyday life as if it’s “deja vu”. Working from home can get boring especially if you don't have that much human interaction. You need to make sure that the moment you feel like your current situation is starting to make you feel down, you have to do something about it.

Time to Smile :)
As I sit, at this moment, in front of my bedroom window capturing the subtle struggle between sun and clouds; of who defeats the other to provide either sunshine or bleakness to the world below; a sudden warmth runs through my body. A strange feeling embodies my soul and a sudden smile lit on my face as I realize that is what life is about. Life is a tug of war between sunshine and rain: both aspects nourishing our souls with a mix of smiles and tears.

Junkie Journal Entry #1
I am a greatful recovering addict, that much I am sure of. This is the most amount of clean time I have had in the last 15 years or so (170 days alcohol 120 days all drugs and counting). I only was able to achieve this by taking my recovery serious, one day at a time. I had a “slip” in the early days of my sobriety but I was able to tell on myself and get back up. Looking back now, I believe it was best to get that mistake out of the way and that I was able to handle it correctly.

how it all started #1
How it started. When it started. Why it started. I'm not sure where to begin, as this all started years ago. Let's get to the point, I was bullied, i was a bully, I was sexually assaulted and i never thought I would say the last part but I said it. I'll start with Me getting bullied I was tall, strong and a girl, most mEn,boys find strong+tall+girl, pretty threatening, so I got bullied called ugly naMes, never got treated as a girl so I Practically turned myself into a boy as I thought it would stop but nope I was wrong. I haTed the way I looked I hated my hair as I thought curly hair was messy, I hated my eYes as they were to big compared to everyone else,I hated my lips as my friends all had nice thin lips, I hated my nose has everyone had a cute little nose, I hated my feet, I hated my hands, I hated my legs,I hated everything, everything on me and I think to myself why would I think that I was young, why would I punish myself, why was i so hard on myself. I started to grow hatred everyday more and more, so I let that out on other people tried to make them feel how I feel. I wish I never turned to that and i'm sorry for however I made you feel. I grew to cry every night, I grew to hate my appearance, I grew to be quiet and loud, I grew to hate, I grew to impress, I grew to never accept, I grew to not be me. Now me getting sexually assaulted, it wasn't the first time, the first time was when I was so young, I got forced, I got told to bend over, I got told if i don't do this I wont get to do this or that, I felt like this was normal, I thought it was ok, I never understood, until I got older but I never talked about it until I got older, he was much older than me and to think a grown teenager would do this to a little girl, he done it every time I came over. Not once did I think to tell my mum as she wouldn't believe me.The 2nd time, I was much older it was in primary school, she was very controlling and very must go my way or else. I felt threatened and scared I did not want to go on her bad side but I was perfectly strong and capable of stopping it but I mentally wasn't strong at all, I thought if I dont carry on with this I wont have friends, I'll be alone. So I had to go with it, she touched me everywhere, she wouldn't stop, she also forced other people, I felt disgusting, it was gross, I was not lesbian or bi, I hated every second of it, as soon as I went home, I went to my room cried and cried, I hated myself more, I wanted to disappear more and more, but I wasn't myself I'm still not me to this day. I lost myself everyday. I was stuck with that judgement throughout my whole school life. This is only the start of everything. I'm not me, I feel this is how I'm supposed to be. I'm not supposed to be here.

Attention
That’s all it takes. Here’s some advice. Write this down somewhere anywhere… ATTENTION. Make sure you can see this every day, every night and apply to whatever it is you want. The Danks that make it through will laugh with this one. Like how I just brought that back. Welcome to my district. Winning is the only option. Most would consider this underly Fuckery but come on. Let’s be honest all we want is fun and to be successful. Bringing it back again what is it that you want? Do you have the mindset? Can you handle the mindset? Life is full of mysteries. With every path being different. Just like perceptions. KISS… yah go for it, kiss yourself. If that is something you want to do. But to Keep It Simple Stupid, everyone is going to have different option’s different goal’s different excuses different hells. You may understand what the hell is in my mind or you may chuck it up to utterly mayhem. If you are one of those “non-believers” just hear me out. You already started. Don’t be a quitter. Hear me out at least. Do me this solid and continue. I already made you laugh. I know I got you to Smile. I got that effect on humans. & to know your this far I have that effect on you. So, let’s get rid of those second-guessing thoughts now and turn in your second chance. Or THE CHANCE. Totally your decision. There is a thing called free will. & I’m feeling you like to go hard. All jokes aside it will be one of those type rides. Have you saying “Bye” to almost everyone you know. I’m high I know. Who I am to say shit like that? I have something that you’re wanting wondering how I got. So, pay Attention. When at a fork in the Rd. and you’re not sure which way. What will you do? Me, I went straight. If you haven’t noticed I’m Actively Teaching Thoughts Encouraging Noble Tactics In One’s Non-believing mindset. I had to get through it. DUHHH or else I wouldn’t be telling you this. Your mind is hungry for better. I’m just here to feed it. There is no option for anything but. I was Homeless living out a car with a cat while my mom slept well in the crib. Childhood wasn’t at all great. Never ending fucked up days. Everyone just wants to hate on you. Wrestling with society of life. Some could say drug addict with nothing to do. Lost in her ways. Back against the wall, I had nothing to lose. I needed that night light. Bright light. I needed to grab onto faith. I needed Christ, right? She needs some Jesus w/e yall say. But I got milk. It was a fucking shit storm disaster. People all talked behind my back they all watching the struggle take over, back stabbers while pointing fingers. Bye Cae. Hello Truths. Little did they know that’s when its your time to shine. And mean while they point at you they got 3 fingers facing back at them confirming their truths. I hope you didn’t just skim over that. What I say is true, it’s your time to shine. Go ahead and write that down to. You got to be able to take the hit and stay afloat. Mentally…. We can wait for that topic. That will get you fucked in the loop. The trench I was in I stretched. Went harder. Told lies to myself to get by. (Would that be making it harder?) That’s when I looked right into the monkey hole and made something with the Bananas. Do you have that type of courage? Shouldn’t even be a question. Find that courage. Again, Train Thoughts Even Now There In Outmost Never ending suffering. Right that down. Read it out loud. You Paying Attention?

My Stoic Life
When I was in college, many moons ago, my favorite class was philosophy. I could write for hours in the blue essay books after studying the ancient philosophers of our time and their opinions and authorities on subjects. I remember thinking, damn, I really would love to just sit down right now and ask their opinions and advice on the happenings of the world today. Well, fortunately they have left us with brilliant insight on how to live a more peaceful, harmonious life that we can appreciate and be honored to say we lived. Not necessarily a purpose in life, which could bring us added stress, thinking we are not properly fulfilling it, but more of a guideline of a better way to live and think. These are dark times for many in this world today, people are sick, people are lost, people are confused, people are fearful of the future, and more death is inevitable. I know I am going to die at some point, but does that affect the way I live and love today? As the world is changing and I am evolving, I find myself living more of the stoic life, taking the advice of these ancient philosophers. In this article I review what the philosophers said about stoicism and the five lessons learned from them.

Coming to terms with your new social life
As you’ll know by now we are on lockdown in the UK. The dreaded term – buzzword, if you will (you probably don’t) – of the moment is now fact. Our collective daily lives are currently set in an unthinkable dystopia. Not future. Present. Spring is here, and as with every yearly growth spurt we fancy some time outside. Time with friends we haven’t braved the cold to go see over the past few months. We were all just waiting for the sunny, just pleasant enough, “still a bit cold,” “summer’s almost here” beer garden Saturday afternoons.
