Eliminate Negative Thoughts
By stimulating an automatic response and timing the anchor once it reaches its peak, release it. Collapse Anchors are useful to be able to overcome a negative state....ask the client to think of a state they would rather be in. Stack that anchor several times in the same location.then get the client to recall the negative state, once only. And anchor it in a different place. Fire both anchors at the same time. The process of Chaining Anchors is the sequential process of moving to a significantly different state.

Happy Thanksgiving
This year has been a year like no other for me. I experienced a lot of trials after getting back into a salaried manager position at the beginning of the year. Then the Covid-19 virus hit and impacted everything. I did my best at making the best of things during this time and stayed positive for my team. Then as the year progressed a couple of months ago all Assistant Managers in the company I work for were notified that the changes in role that have been circulating for a couple of years now were now to be put in place and were all put in a pool to be selected for the new and fewer positions. Unfortunately, I was not selected for the new position. Then I was sent to a different and more challenging store to work at. This last month has been challenging for me.

For Me, It's All About the Thankful Thoughts!
My parents have been joined at the hip for 42 years!! From them, came myself and my other 3 siblings (I'm #2). Two of my siblings are married, one has three children. I have one child of my own. So the number of people in my immediate family is twelve. We're going to call that my very lucky number because the first thing I am most thankful for is my family. This is a very common thing to be thankful for, as it should be. However, for me, it's on a whole other level!

The Garden in My Backyard
My parents put the home I grew up in on the market yesterday. Looking through the listing pictures, I saw a house full of memories but with empty rooms, empty halls, empty stairs, and empty stools. But not all of it looked different. While it, too, was empty, the garden in my backyard was still there. Seeing a picture of this garden reminded me of a Chinese Proverb,

How Do You Find Self Love?
It's super easy to go looking for bonds of love in all the wrong places if you're constantly looking outside of yourself. The cold hard facts are, unless you're comfortable with who you are as a person and accept all of what comes with being you, love will always be elusive, and finding that person who is your equal will take much longer.

Who Is In The Mirror?
When you look in the mirror, what do you see? Like what do you really see? Have you given it much thought, who that person is staring back at you? Do you know him/her intimately, or just on the surface? Do you know what makes you tick, makes you smile, breaks your heart and where your decisions come from? Most of us do not take the time to really sit down and take a look at ourselves, who this soul is behind the eyes, the flesh and bone. WHO AM I? have you ever really asked yourself this question? And if not, why not? What prevents you from sneaking a peak behind the curtain to get a look at the mechanics of YOU? Who is the one pulling the strings, who says 'action', who is in control of lighting and makeup so to speak? At roll call, who participates and who hangs back?

Thankful Thoughts
Gratitude is something I return to time and time again - both in my writing and in daily life. It is also something I need to keep reminding myself about, as it does not come as naturally as fear, worry, and other self-preservation instincts. Instincts that served our species well when our ancestors had to survive in the wilderness of the ancient world.
