Situational Awareness is the Key to Everyday Life
Situational Awareness is something everyone should actually have when it comes to being out and about with the rest of the general public. Having such a skill will protect you not only in the workplace but also everywhere else you go. It is very important to pay attention to your surroundings everywhere you go, including in your own home. I say in your own home because some of the household items you use everyday are hazardous materials.

How To Not Be Afraid of Submitting Your Writing
Listen. Submitting is tough. As a writer, there is nothing more frightening than the prospect that someone might actually read that shit that I’ve written. I’m not a parent by a long shot (thank God), but I imagine sending a submission off to be read by a reading board is a lot like sending my spawn off to college. Somehow or another, it’s going to run a gauntlet of ungodly criticism (read: any criticism), and we can only hope it’ll pop out on the other side in one piece. That’s how college works, right? It’s been a hot minute.

Words Of Encouragement
You are worth it. Your circumstances that you are in right now do not have to define your future. Just because you are in a bad place now does not mean that that is going to be your forever. You are smart. You have achieved so many things, not everyone could have done all of the things that you have done, not everyone could make it through some of the things that you have made it through. You need to have faith, you need to have courage, you need to have hope. Your mind is a scary place to live. You are our own worst enemy. You have the power to have a better life. You have the power to not fight with your spouse, you have the power to be a happy person. You have all of these good things inside of you just waiting to come out, you will have a good life. Things may seem bleak right now, things may seem unreal and torturous and you may think that your life just sucks right now, but there is someone out there that has it worse than you do. They need your support to get through what it is that is keeping them stuck in the past and keeping them from moving on to have a better future. You need to be an inspiration to others. There is always rain before the sun comes out shining even brighter than the day before, but it can't rain every day. The sun will come out tomorrow you'll see a rainbow in the sky, you will understand that you have something to be thankful for. You are loved. You are appreciated. You are strong. You are stronger than you give yourself credit for. You can make it through this darkness, you can make it to brighter days, You can have a bright and glorious future. When I think of you, I think of greatness, I think of someone who is strong and willful. You will move past this, you will achieve better things in your life. You will become a brighter, happier, lovely person. You will see the brighter side of things. You will see that the grass is not always greener on the other side and that what you are doing right here, right now, today at this very moment, is exactly what you were supposed to be doing, so that you can work towards having a life that you want to have. You can make it. You have willpower. You have friends that will stand by your side, you have family that loves and adores you. Look to your spouse, to your kids, to your family, to your friends for the love and support that you crave so deeply. Know that you are not alone know that you are appreciated.Know that you are needed. Know that you are cared for. Until you realize that one of these days there are people in your life surrounding you with love and kindness. An admiration that will help you get to that point to where you see it inside of yourself. They will help you realize your goals. Realize your potential. They will be your number one fans when you finally achieve every goal you have set for yourself. You absolutely do deserve to have an exciting, joyful, wonderful life and you will have this life. You will have love. You will have friends. You will have someone by your side, you will have hugs whenever you are depressed or down and whenever you reach that place to where you can let others know when they are in a dark spot how to get out of it you will know that you truly can bless someone else's life. Don't ever give up hope.

5 Habits You Need to Ditch in 2020
While 2020 isn’t over yet, it’s worth doing some self-reflection early so we can start 2021 strong. Along with my inconsistency in leaving tracker sheets empty all month, I also have several other bad (like, really really bad) habits that I need to leave this year.

Obey Your Calling
In recent conversations with clients, friends, and family, I have heard the following words: Unaligned, dissatisfied, unhappy, and complacent. The subject matter was not in regards to any particular category, just life or business in general.

I Made a Wish
I made a wish and it came true. Although let me tell you, its something that most of us would pass over our head as who could ever wish for such a thing. Years later and it came to life the wish i forgot i even wanted. From the sky being blue because hypothetically speaking the sky is blue since our sky "feels blue". The tears of the sky masked off as just rain when actually the prayers being sent to the void downfall a sort of sadness that can only be explained through the explanation of why major poverty countries get over rain that then causes floods.

My Wish for Christmas
It's December 25th. I've been awake for three hours, my boyfriend is still fast asleep. The perfect time to reflect. 2020 has been quite the year, for everyone. It's brought about a lot of changes in general, but depending on where you are in the world it may have caused some massive holiday changes.
