I have been on the keto diet for months now, and let me tell you that it has changed my life. It is normal for one to feel hungry after starting keto diet. This happens because the body is used to being fed with carbohydrates and will now have to adapt to burning fats as its main energy source.

With low carb diets, your body gets used to burning fat as its primary source of energy, which means it has stored up a lot of calories in the form of fat deposits on your body (fat cells).
