What I really love about setting 90-day goals is that I only have to focus on a few things over this period and it stops me from getting overwhelmed with ALL. THE. THINGS.

If you get overwhelmed, then you're gonna love implementing the 90-day plan.

The point of a 90-day plan is that it stops you from focusing on all your goals for the year. Instead, the 90-day plan allows you to take your goals for the year and then break them down into 90-day stretches, 30-day stretches and then 2-week sprints.

Ready? Let's get started!

1. Develop a routine. Sleep at 9:00 PM and be awake at 4.00 AM every day.

2. Spend 60-minutes of your day reading ,writing, and internalizing what you understand.

3. Be willing to let go of friendships that don't serve you. If you hangout with losers, you become a loser.

4. Master the art of self-discipline. Get up early, work long hours, and face your problems head on.

5. Learn a high-income skill that'll earn you $10k+ per month.

6. Stop chasing cheap dopamine. Prioritize what's important over pleasure.

7. Hit at least 100 pushups and 80 squats per day to stay strong. You'll also be healthier than 97% of people.

8. Build self-discipline by taking one cold shower in the morning.

9. Make the internet a source of your income. There're endless possibilities for making money.

10. Take 100% responsibility for your life and never blame circumstances or anyone.

11. Include proteins, fresh fruits, and 3L of water in your daily diet to optimize your health.

12. Hang out with people who obsess over making moves and living a good life. Your circle should not gossip, complain, or get jealous of each other.

13. Invest in a good wardrobe, a good niche fragrance, and learn how to talk. You'll boost your success rate by 94%.

14. Befriend nature, walk 5000 steps per day to clear your mind, boost your mood and get creative.

15. Keep distance from people who only prioritize their needs over yours. They're your greatest setback.

16. Be smart enough to quit weed, p*orn, and alcohol. They're the worst distraction that'll raise your dopamine, make you dumb, and depressed.

Sufficiently longer than 1 month, more digestible than a year, 90 days makes the perfect timeframe for setting and achieving goals. It gives you just the right balance of enough time to complete without becoming bored and losing interest.

What kind of challenges can you set for 90 Days? Anything really but the following may give you may give you some inspiration...

Work Life

Most business's will work on quarterly financials so if you work in sales, accounts or any other role that includes numbers, setting out your game plan and workload over 90 days makes sense

What if you are looking for promotion or some career progression? 90 days can be the right amount of time to prove you've got what it takes or if you're missing some skills or need some study give yourself 90 days to complete it.

Hopefully you have a boss that schedules in time with you at least every quarter, agree with them the criteria you need to meet, set the goals and take action.

Weight Loss

If you want to lose weight it is going to take at least 90 days before you see any significant changes. Going by the guideline of a 2 lbs per week loss, that would be 26 pounds, just under 2 stone. Regardless of your current weight that is a decent amount of weight to lose. (see my 90 day challenge below)

Where the 90 days really comes into play is that some people will lose weight quicker than others and then they will plateau, while others will take a while to get started and see a bigger loss further on. Looking at a bigger picture of 90 days evens out the playing field

Fitness

The training required for most events is around the 90 day mark with the exception of marathons etc. What do you want to be able to do that you can't do right now? Running is a common one, even if you can't run today, in 90 days you can with the right plan.

How about press ups? Squatting your bodyweight? Jot down where you are today and the result for 90 days time, define your halfway point and fill in what you need to be doing each week and day to get that result. (see my 90 day challenge below)

Thank you.
