All sufferings, only self-transition

Poems to face the suffering of life

01.

There is a saying: "Life is a passer-by, why a thousand knots."

The reasoning is understood, but it's still hard to be as quiet as water, unperturbed, there are always a lot of things messing with my mind, making me tangled.

One of the reasons why people suffer is that they are deeply dissatisfied with reality and are unable to change it.

Perhaps you will say, dissatisfaction with reality, is a mentality problem. The inability to change is a matter of ability. Ultimately, it is your problem.

But, no matter how good the mindset is, no matter how strong the ability is, there will always be things that catch you off guard, no one is superhuman, there will always be times of vulnerability.

When the mind is weak and depressed, always wants to find someone to complain to, but most of the time can not find one. Because, the people who want to find can not find, can find the people who do not want to find.

The heart has bitterness, nowhere to tell, and can only cry alone late at night.

Who said that people who have not cried late at night are not enough to talk about life?

Why I have cried numerous times in the late night, but still can not see through this life?

02.

We all understand: the world of adults, each has their difficulties, can cope with their things, and deal with their problems, it is not easy, but has extra time and energy to take into account the next person.

We all know: that everyone should learn to face independently, whether it is the work of suffering, tired of life, or loneliness and melancholy inside, and should learn to bear alone independent face.

If you are not brave, who will be strong for you? You should know that there is never really empathy in the world, only the warmth of the cold know.

I thought I could find someone I could rely on to make my life easier and more comfortable. The fact is that no one can be relied on for a lifetime, and even the people who once gave you reliance may need to rely on you in turn.

The world is ever-changing, and you can no longer expect to have someone to protect you everywhere and take care of everything. Otherwise, those who need you will be insecure, and you will also be deeply self-conscious.

You are born as a human being, you can't just think about yourself. You also have to take into account the love of your heart, as well as those who love and care about you.

For yourself and for those who need you, you must learn to bear all the hardships and bear all the hardships.

03.

We often say: "All kinds of suffering, but only self-transition."

Self-transition is easier said than done. Who does not want, tired of someone to rely on, sad someone to comfort, encounter difficulties someone to help, to give help?

But, this road is far away from the horse rush of the earth, both warm, but also cold. Some people, are said to never leave each other, but still walking and scattered; some relationships, are said to be a long time, but still with the place is far away.

There is a kind of sadness, called looking back, suddenly found, behind the long empty.

The only way to get the most out of this is to be strong.

The rest of life is long, long years, there must be many unknown storms in the future, and there will certainly be many difficult moments, we have to be stronger, braver, and more independent, without the help of anyone's strength, can still come out of the gloom, run to a farther distance.

The only way to get through all kinds of suffering is to get through it yourself. Self-transition is not easy, you need to constantly strengthen yourself.

May we all become strong people through our efforts, to face the pain and tiredness, pain and sorrow of life, and can do so calmly.
