Bio
Life is a place for living, and like the experience, the layers, learning, nuances, and getting stronger. I sometimes need to work a little harder at doing finished stories or songs. Living in California. Love animals, music, beach, biking.

Why Try Harder?
Helps to Do I sit down to meditate 20 minutes in the morning and evening. Can do it anywhere. The quieting effect is as refreshing as ocean water or jumping into a mountain lake. I end up staying quiet 25 minutes and I don't notice. Now I know I can choose to listen to less outer drama and relax but feel recharged!

What to Say?
Maybe I work too hard to legitimize what I'm trying to make happen on paper. Having to stay in a certain vein of talk speech on screen, with clever views, and not prurient thoughts for discussion. I have ideas in dream states at times, and that makes life on the flip side of sleep pretty interesting.

Mind and Matters
One Day: I think I had entered a consecutive FOMO cycle, and usually online I had thoughts such as "just subscribe." You'll get so much out of scanning headlines and noticing what topics and people are hot, and not ever having time to read the articles in depth. The limit for my time devoted to actual subscriptions was about 5% of the total number where I subscribed.
