A healthy and fulfilling sex life is an integral aspect of overall well-being. You have heard that oysters are an aphrodisiac, a food that boosts libido. The science on this is inconclusive, and most of us do not have a refrigerator full of oysters or easy access to an oyster farm anyway. (If you do, lucky you.)

Waiting for the weekend, to unwind with nature, I got ready and was excited. Today was the day the campus decided for us to go on a volunteer trip to the orphanage in the next town. Grabbing my bag, I put on a helmet and cycled to the campus. The wind was blowing lightly, causing the creaking of the branches, and the streets were silent, with only a few pedestrians seen. Mr. Barker caught my attention as he was just opening his dainty little shop. The banner that he set outside showed 'Today's Deal', so I stopped outside, greeted him, and asked for the deal.

Introduction I am writing this from a position of reasonable healthiness and fitness, but I have not always been that way, in fact only in the last ten years have I really started to realise what an unfit lard bucket I really am.

Sitting on my couch in the comfort of my house, I am writing to share with you about my day. It's been a wild one. Today, our campus arranged a training camp in the woods to train us on the subject of 'Field Medicine.' It was enlightening; I learned about the various types of plants that can be used in treatment in the absence of medicine, how to deal with bites from various animals and bugs, and much more. As the time for a break came, everyone of us stretched and put things in order before heading for a meal. I thought this was an appropriate time to give my mom an update.
