"Sometimes the people around you won't understand your journey. They don't need to, it's not for them."

In a quiet residential area on the outskirts of a small town, sheltered beneath the comforting shades of an ancient 0aks, lived a young whose name was Mrs. Marie, eagerly waiting for the arrival of their twin babies named Berlin and Emile. The arrival of their cute little one's made Marie to immersed in the joy.

As the days gone by, Marie got frustrated and exhausted due to to her number of sleepless nights spent on giving good care their babies. She felt that her bright eyes dulled, and her laughter that reechoed in her home earlier now become a distant memory.

"Behind the veil of postpartum psychosis, there lies a person fighting a silent war. Let us be the allies who break the silence and offer the understanding that can heal."

She couldn't understand why she was felt such despair. The first sign of her postpartum psychosis started to appeared when she was started to hallucinated. She would see forbidding figures to move in a secrete way so that you cannot be seen, whispering random words in her ears, telling her that she was a terrible mother that her baby girls would be better off without her.

One night, as the moon casting an elegant glow over the small town, Marie woke up in a cold sweat. The room felt suffocating and a sense of dread overwhelmed her. She ghost into the babies nursery, where the soft glow of the nightlight revealed a sight that sent her spine. Shadow's danced on the walls, once the comforting nursery now seems like hell to her eyes.

Marie thought coiled into the dark. Charm as irrational years consumed her, the walls are closed in the cries of their babies becomes deformed whisperings that constantly echoed in the Marie's ears.

Family members and her husband noticed her rapid changing behavior. They could see Marie's hallucinations and delusions increasing day by day. They took her to the healthcare worker who was expert in treating postpartum psychosis. The health care provider advised her to join the local support group where they can teach Marie how to cope up with stress and anxiety. she can also hear someone's story who also underwent the same problem and she can learn from them.

"Invisible wounds are the hardest to heal. Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about."

Along with it the health care provider puts her on some antidepressant and antipsychotic drugs.

Although she is on treatment, one fine day she experienced delusions of harming her own baby made her more irritable and anxiety hits her on the peak. she was admitted in the hospital treated with medications and psychotherapy on time.

By this incident Marie become more close to their family and to their babies. After she recovered from the illness she started bringing awareness about this condition via speech, social media platform to educate the newborn and their family regarding the condition.

"The strongest people are not those who show strength in front of us but those who win battles we know nothing about."
