Sleep & rest resolution: A pledge to do rest, a vow to rest appropriately

Doing work with efforts is a good act but if efforts aren't applied significantly, then it would be pretty harmful to life's harmony.

Wait!! Wait!! I'm not gonna tell you the advantages of doing or not doing work... Though indeed, I'm here to make you understand the gravity of the scenarios & circumstances of sleeplessness and not focusing on rest.

Rest & sleep has its own story to describe indeed I too have a story to narrate in further reading else on. Which basically quite subtle but not much slight that could be ignore as well.

How much rest & care do we need to do this year?

Actually, it's a miracle of Almighty we all are gifted with the bounty of sleep and rest. It means, naturally we all died every day in the form of sleep take rest in peace.

Death is a different thing from which we won't be able to wake up infinitely.

We all know very well that this is the era of corporates & entrepreneurs, therefore people must want focus on their businesses. For which they have to lose their sleeping habits indeed, they kept awakening in huge late nights even work for whole nights else on.

But folks do you think it's a fine trade, even from the business perspective? I'd just say 'no' in precise Comprehension, as it must definitely be a part of our businesses as well.

Although, smart people have their own style to do work as know somewhere they need to boost up their conscience too.

Sleeping & taking rest in the proper manner of time is also a fine trade, I'd rather prove it instead of settling a prolonged discourse pattern. So let me narrate to you an interesting & sober story regarding my discussion.

What are New sleep resolutions from new year onwards?

Story on Rest & Sleep

Once upon a time, there were two woodcutters Sumi & Sumeri, who lived in a village Baadshah land. The village at the outskirt of the town is Saharan. Although both were woodcutters by profession, there was a huge difference in their lifestyles and working patterns. That is the reason Sumi was barely surviving rather, Sumeri lived his life lavishly with a huge luxury as he went on a weekend trip with his family along with it he had a lot of saving and had a big house to live in. But poor Sumi was always surrounded by lots of financial issues. He often being trapped in tensions & troubles all the time. The loan recovery officers used to knock on his door for recovery. Both were working together in a comparison of Sumi. One day Sumi asked Sumeri what special skill you got that earn more than me? Sumeri Said blushingly, "I do nothing but took consecutive cheat breaks of rest also sharpen my axe while my working procedure. so do I could prepare myself with the same energy for cutting my woods. It would keep my working & cutting speed intact. Therefore, the company owes me a huge amount of income. contracts to cut a huge pile of woods within a specific time period.

Long story short, That Sumeri working lesson, not only impacted Sumi but also inspired him precisely. After that, he also started to do rest and sleep at the proper time. He started to do work with regular intervals of rest. Now he learned how to sharpen his axe. What about your axe folks. Anyway, I vowed to do work with proper rest strategy not doing work randomly.

How much time are you gonna give to yourself?

At this moment when I am writing this introspect worthy stuff, it's a quite delightful act to illustrate those hidden extents of life. Which are entirely wrapped under the blanket of restlessness.

If there is a question of our daily time schedule so it should be based on 5 basic disciplines like:

1) Take daily 7-8 hour sleep normally:

It must be a responsibility for each and everyone to adopt a habit of healthy sleeping habits of around 7-8 hours.

2) Awake early morning:

I used to wake late in the morning because I slept late at night. However, now I have plans to wake early in the morning as it's quite refreshing.

3) Meditate to purify the soul from evil thoughts:

Scientifically proven, whatever we thought directly or indirectly influences our health & emotions. It's quite natural to dwell with evil thoughts in the case when we undergo sleeplessness & restlessness. In the opinion of solution just reset your mind machinery to awaken early in the morning then perform the spiritual practice of meditations like Muraqba, yoga, and so on.

4) Exercise regularly:

Besides with all discussions we got complaints To keep our body fit, healthy & durable then we need to do regular exercises. According to health expert cum author Miss Kelly DiNardo in "The New York Times" doing some postures & exercises like cat/cow, child's pose, Thread the needle, low lunge, Neck massage with balls, Bear hugs & snow angels, Figure four-stretch Knee to the chest to spinal Twist, Legs up the wall & box breathe, etc. Such exercises may be orchestrated as well as proved competent in improving bad sleeping habits else on.

5) Take rest & meal on time:

Last but not the least, here we also need to learn a prominent thing. We must take our meal on time, take a short nap break after every meal before going to perform any sort of task. Then definitely you would live a very healthy life if you do acquire such lifestyle as well. We must tie a knot doing work without rest proved toxic & pretty harmful for health.

What are New sleep resolutions from the new year onwards?

Literally, as a new day arrived with the new rays of hopes & harmony, similarly a new year comes with the new ideas & achievements to adopt. For instance: Last year plans

Obviously like last year this year we have some new plans or resolutions for sleep & rest too. From the bottom of my heart, I have plans to do rest properly. I shall adopt the best working strategy, nonetheless not without taking my favorite power naps technique. As scientifically proven power naps not only enhance our cognitive performance but also strengthen our logical reasoning as well.

Might be this world is quite pointless & absurd, however, it doesn't mean we should give indulgence in its absurdity. Keep awakening would be an act only by soul only not by eyes. Every machinery needs to be prepared for refueling to do the next task perfectly. Therefore, we should remember that there is one personal right that lies on ourselves too. So stop being a busy bee or an over-smart person to waste your sleeping & rest timing anymore. That's not cool enough to keep ruining your sleeping or rest timing in useless chores or parties. It would directly lead towards dire health consequences.

The Sleep & rest Health prerogatives

According to healthline.com, there are different sort of sleeping disorders that exists due to often adopting fewer sleeping habits. For example like Insomnia, sleep apnea, Parasomnias & Narcolepsy, and so on.

Trust me, folks, these disorders may impact us on the verge of extreme suffering. Let me elaborate to you about Insomnia causes depression, stress & gives us difficulty in normal concentration too. And indeed if I gonna talk about Parasomnias & Narcolepsy, so you may endure through sleepwalking and sleep arrest condition proved quite serious for us.

For the sake of solidarity of our topic, I want to emphasize sleep & rest. Even I don't want to possess slight intension to make you bored about this but to drench you in a sea of knowledge. Also intended to make you lost in an interesting reading journey of sleep & rest.

Anyway folks, earnestly I would like to share only some real incidents here about sleep & rest with you. Since my childhood, I am such a die-hard admirer of sleep & rest. After having every noon feast I used to attempt 'Qailulah' a Midday napping activity. Basically, it is an Islamic as well as neuroscientific activity. Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) often performs that practice of Qailulah as well. Intriguingly, you may be surprised to know that practice is capable enough to enhance anyone's alertness, Boost up wakefulness, improve memory power, and also help to recover lost night sleep and so on.
